Pros:

Lovely hotel , breakfast was brilliant view from our room was beautiful. Ideal base to explore keswick- 5 min drive to the town . Lovely looking building

Cons:

Room was clean but basic , for the price I have stayed in alot nicer for alot less.

A perfect few days to sfsrt retirement
Pros:

The hotel and gardens are beautiful. The staff are very nice and friendly,nithing is a oroblem to them they will go out of ghere way to ensure hou have a goid stay. Rooms are well presented. The food is lovely. All meals we had were very nice.

Lovely stay! Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Lovely room, bar and restaurant were outstanding. Excellent à la carte breakfast!

Cons:

The stairs! No lift! We were in a second floor room way in the back and although we had outstanding views, schlepping our cases ourselves up several up and down and up flights was a bit much at our age

If I ever revisit Keswick I shall definitely stay at the Lyzzick
Pros:

I couldn’t fault our stay

Cons:

If I had to be picky I would have preferred a better menu, it didn’t change other than a different fish option for our 6 night stay having said that the food we had was excellent

A wonderfully personal stay, full of thoughtful touches, fantastic food and plenty of character.
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a really personal feel that made it feel special from the moment we arrived.

The food was excellent throughout, with a particularly amazing breakfast - a real highlight of the stay. We also absolutely loved the billiards bar room and the chance to choose and play vinyl records. It was such a thoughtful touch and gave the hotel a unique, relaxed atmosphere.

A beautiful hotel with great food, wonderful service and lots of character. We’d happily return.

Modern amenities meet tradition in Keswick.
Pros:

This place is special. The property is beautiful with a great blend of renovated modern and traditional and the staff is friendly. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the dinner we had was excellent. Gorgeous views from the terrace outside. Really like Keswick as a base to explore. All im all really loved it.
