The cleanliness and comfortable room. The location, the helpful , welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful food.
Nothing
The setting is excellent.
The public rooms are beautifully presented and the bedroom that I stayed in was spacious, well appointed and spotless.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was great, sat at the bottom of Skiddaw and only 3 miles from Keswick. The food was superb, approaching Michelin star quality.
Great views from our room and the restaurant.
Nothing.
Wspaniały hotel w malowniczym miejscu:)
Nie ma nic takiego co by mi się nie podobało :)
This is a beautiful well run hotel in a beautiful location.
The dinner we had was food that had a lot of thought put into it and hence it was superb.
The staff could not have been more helpful and it was service with a wonderful smile
Nothing
Great location, very clean inside all areas of the hotel and the room was spotless too.
The only thing that ruined it a little was the heat. We were in a top floor room and it was uncomfortably hot even with fan. A portable AC unit might be a good idea for those rooms in the hot weather.
The setting was gorgeous, the hotel luxurious but the staff really enhanced the whole experience
Nothing - it was perfect
Everything was brilliant
The whole experience
Absolutely faultless in every respect. Would be back in a heartbeat. An exquisite location too, the views are stunning.
So good, I'd rather it was kept a secret.
A comfortable room in an attractive setting with well appointed communal areas. There is an attractive garden perfect for Al fresco eating.
Nothing.
The location, the views are fantastic. Large spacious room, spotlessly clean. Excellent service from welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious food. Lots of free parking. Walking from the hotel, it's a couple of miles to the edge of Keswick on foot.
A little more cereal choice for breakfast would have been nice but what was available was delicious.
The whole package was amazing and beautiful setting surrounded by the mountains.
Room perfect
Food glorious
Staff amazing
Another top quality stay at Lyzzick Hotel. Lovely setting and clean and comfortable accommodation. We've stayed before and will be back again soon. Made to feel really at home and the place just has a really nice chilled out feel about it. Our veggie Sunday roast was amazingly good. All in all difficult to fault.
TV connection wasn't brilliant but the views more than compensate!
Quiet location with wonderful views: very friendly and helpful staff; comfortable and exceptionally clean room: absolutely delicious food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
It was very warm in the room but opening the window helped.
Breakfast was amazing and those views!!! Waking up to the stillness of the Lake District was sooo lovely! The room was very comfortable, and so was the bed.
