We have just organized a major scientific event at the Radisson Blu Hotel Niamey, bringing together more than 50 physicians. Everything went perfectly thanks to the excellent organization and the attentive team. Our guests expressed their full satisfaction with the quality of the service and the professional atmosphere.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for their dedication, and especially Chef Sami, whose professionalism and constant presence ensured the success of our event. Thanks to him and his team, we enjoyed a memorable experience without a single hitch.

Mon séjour s’est bien passé dans l’hôtel, mais franchement je déconseille ce système que Booking a mis en place

Je n’ai rien à dire sur l’hôtel c’est propre, les gens sont bien accueillant

Cons:

J’avais réservé un séjour de quatre nuits via votre plateforme.
Finalement, je n’ai passé que deux nuits et, dès la deuxième nuit, j’ai demandé l’annulation des nuits restantes.
Malgré plusieurs messages et appels internationaux coûteux, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse.

Je découvre également que le tarif que vous m’avez facturé est plus du double du prix pratiqué directement par l’hôtel. Vous m’avez en plus présenté cette réservation comme bénéficiant d’une réduction de 10 %, ce qui est mensonger.

Ces pratiques sont inacceptables et s’apparentent à de la tromperie commerciale.
Je vous demande donc :
1. Le remboursement immédiat des nuits non consommées
2. Une explication claire sur cette différence de prix et sur la prétendue réduction

Sans retour rapide de votre part, je me verrai contraint(e) de saisir les services compétents et de partager publiquement mon expérience.
