The disturbance thru out the night the hallway light shining under the door right into the room the bathtub felt like I was gonna fall thru it because of how soft it was in the middle they had a dehumidifier in the room which I found that to be very weird never stayed in a room that had that in it. The airplane noise none stop was very annoying and you could hear it nonstop we could hear the tv and people running around and just nonstop noise thru out the 2days we stayed there for our Anniversary I thought I was gonna be a lot more private then that but it was far from that. When I went to address it the lady at the front desk told us it was a basketball tournament going on and we pretty much had to deal with it. She acted as if it wasn’t a big deal but to me and my wife it was. We went there to spend our Anniversary there and it was ruined because of everything that was going on there and there was absolutely nothing enjoyable about staying here at Hotel J it was a nightmare. Very Disappointing and just disgusted by the response we got when we expressed our concerns and disappointment.

Terrible - definitely not a 8 star hotel. Rating was WAY off.
Pros:

The night clerk was nice

Cons:

Dark, dingy room. Couldn't see to get ready in the morning and the bathroom sink was too small to fit anything on it. The floor was dirty, Not worthy of their 8.5 star rating that we used to decide to book there.
