I receptionist che non sanno come sono strutturate le camere. FOLLIA.
Pros:

La posizione è molto centrale perciò si può visitare stoccarda tranquillamente avendo la stazione del treno proprio di fronte la struttura, ed erano disponibili anche vari autobus che andavano in varie direzioni. Suite veramente bella peccato che non ci siano i materiali per poter cucinare.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è iniziato malissimo ancora prima di fare il check in. Io avevo prenotato una camera standard, dopo un paio d'ore dalla prenotazione ricevo una mail dove mi vengono proposti vari upgrade, perciò decido di upgradare con 200€ in più per 2 notti alla suite deluxe(avendo visto che era presente pure un cucinino). Avendo fatto l'upgrade in suite vedevo che era possibile soggiornare in 3 perciò chiamo per chiedere la possibilità di aggiungere un ospite e li scopro che il check in l'avrei potuto fare solo dopo le 18 perchè il cliente prima ha pagato per il late check out. Capisco che non è un problema dell'hotel ma almeno chiamare ed avvisarmi sarebbe stato carino, se non avessi chiamato io l'avrei scoperto solo in struttura. Mi viene concesso il terzo ospite solo per recuperare sul late check in. Una volta in struttura scopriamo che il cliente di prima aveva già fatto check out alle 14 ma la nostra camera non era ancora pronta(eravamo arrivati li alle 15.30) perciò ci dice che avremmo dovuto aspettare 1 ora. ps. non ci viene offerto neanche qualcosa da bere nell'attesa(pratica usuale negl'hotel di un certo livello). Alle 16.45 entriamo in stanza e devo dire che è bellissima. Volevamo cucinare qualcosa per cena perciò dopo aver fatto la spesa apriamo i vari cassetti per prendere le stoviglie e li scopriamo che non erano presenti ne piatti ne bicchieri ne pentole ne padelle, scendo in reception per chiedere dove posso trovare le stoviglie e li accade una scena comica, NESSUNO DEI RECEPTIONIST SAPEVA CHE IN SUITE ERA PRESENTE UN CUCININO, MI GUARDAVANO IN MODO CONFUSO, è dovuta salire il giorno dopo la responsabile per vedere con i suoi occhi che era presente un cucinino, COSA ASSURDA che chi lavora li non sappia come sono strutturate le camere.

Mehr Schein als sein, und das freundliche Personal holt viel heraus !

Sehr gute Lage , sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr lieblos und über seiner Zeit . Leider auch sehr kaltes Schwimmbecken . Der Whirlpool ebenfalls kalt . Zudem einige sanierungsbedürftige Stellen in Sauna und Nassbereich . Das Frühstück ebenfalls etwas lieblos aber ausreichend.

Disappointing experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was way too hot as the airco did not function. Staff promised a ventilator which never made it up to our room.
Location is not super either.

It was an amazing stay to conclude my stay in Stuttgart.
Pros:

I liked all the facilities and being so close to the train station made travel so much easier

Cons:

The fact that I had to get a new card for my room like 3 times because my card would randomly stop working

lohnt sich für den Preis nicht wirklich
Pros:

Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, Bad klein, aber hat gepasst .

Cons:

Fahrstühle fahren nicht immer.
Frühstück ist in den letzten Jahren deutlich teurer und dafür schlechter geworden.
Personal manchmal überfordert.
