Bad
Cons:

Elevator dont work, you must go stairs to 10th floor with bagage. My order was with breakfest, but they dont give me a breakfest because they dont see that I payed for that...

Essen gut, Pool viel viel zu kalt (17°C)
Pros:

Frühstück & Cocktails, Zimmerausstattung, Sauna & Wirlpool

Cons:

Viel zu kalter Pool (dies war schon im Dezember bekannt, wurde aber nicht behoben, frechheit für ein 4*S Hotel),
Wirlpool im FKK-Bereich, Aufzüge haben teilweise nicht funktioniert (wurden zwar repariert, aber sie waren immer wieder kaputt), Toilette im Zimmer hab ich mit Desinfektionsmittel nachgewischt (es waren noch Spuren vom Vorgänger auf der Klobrille)

Mediocre facilities, very poorly kept.
Pros:

Bar/kitchen service was good

Cons:

-Elevators were broken the entire stay, had to climb up and down 8 floors each time, impssible to enjoy facilities like that. The hotel could have let us know this was an issue and we would've booked elsewhere and avoid a bad time.
-AC wasn't not cooling the room, we told receptionist and his reply was "you can open the windows" which is not possible with this hotel being close to central station, there was too much noise.
-No reception staff at the spa.
-Emergency stairs which we had to use each time were outside of the building and cold, no stairs inside the building to access rooms.
-Housekeeping got into our room at 0940am the day we were going to check out, so they were not supposed to be doing service at that hour, they should know better.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichende Auswahl war vorhanden.

Cons:

2 von 3 Aufzügen waren defekt, wir haben im 12. Stock gewohnt und mussten immer lange auf den Aufzug warten.
Bei unsrer Ankunft waren keine Bademäntel im Zimmer vorhanden, die mussten wir uns an der Rezeption holen.
Im Spa Bereich war die Rezeption auch nicht besetzt und wir mussten am Empfang anrufen und wieder warten, bis wir Handtücher bekommen haben. Der Handtuchabwurf im Spa Bereich war übervoll und ist anscheinend nicht geleert worden.

Enttäuschend, man erwartet schon was besseres von einem Pullman Hotel.
Pros:

Bett war angenehm

Cons:

Empfang konnte kaum deutsch, weshalb es ziemlich umständlich war zu kommunizieren. Er hat bei meinem Einchecken auch gar nicht über WLAN, Ausstattungen usw. erklärt, sondern nur Zimmerkarte ausgegeben und das war's schon.
Hotel hat drei Aufzüge, nur ein hat funktioniert und abends war dieser von Lobby (EG) auch nicht zugänglich. Man musste so lange warten auf den Aufzug.
Tasse im Zimmer war nicht sauber, es gab noch Kaffeefleck drauf.
Es gab kein einziges Personal im Spa und Saunabereich, man konnte sich an niemanden wenden wenn man Anliegen hat.

Pas à la hauteur du standing affiché

Le petit déjeuner

La non prise en compte de mon fils de 12 ans dans la réservation malgré un mail envoyé à l'avance.
A l'arrivée 1 seul ascenseur sur les 3 qui fonctionne entrain une attente importante pour se rendre à la chambre et au restaurant.
Le matin, tous les ascenseurs (3) en panne alors que nous étions au 5eme étage et que le seul escalier utilisable était celui de secours exterieur sous la pluie.
La couette supplémentaire demandée et promise dans les 5 à 10 minutes qui n'est jamais arrivée.
Le spa a moitié plein et froid le matin.
