Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das der Fehrnseher nicht funktioniert hat man konnte außer Verkaufssender funktionierte nichts .Das Personal hat sich zwar sofort darum gekümmert aber nicht hin bekommen und der Techniker war leider nicht mehr im Haus

Im Prinzip eine gute Ausstattung und Lage und freundliches Personal. Das Gebäude hat eine schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Der Service ist leider nicht immer durchgängig gut und löchrig. Im Wellnessbereich waren fast alle Duschgel-Spender leer und wurden nicht gefüllt und eine Sauna war ziemlich kalt und das Thermometer funktionierte nicht. In den Zimmern fehlten die zugesagten Bademäntel und Hausschuhe. Das Telefon im Zimmer war nicht angeschlossen. Ein Aufzug funktionierte nicht. Die Verständigung auf Deutsch am Checkin und in der Bar war sehr holprig. Man erhält keine aktive Info über Frühstückszeiten, Wlan-Codes und Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereiches.

Hôtel confortable mais personnel incapable !
Pros:

Hôtel de grand standing, les chambres sont très confortables et surtout il n’y a aucun bruit, malgré la proximité immédiate de la gare.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel mais son prix l’est également => 27€ c’est trop et 32€ si nous ne l’avions pas réservé…

Cons:

Le gros problème de cet établissement c’est son personnel qui est absolument en dessous de tout.
Dans un 1er temps il nous a été facturé, dès notre arrivée, une chambre à 211€ incluant une caution de 50€ pour les éventuelles boissons qui seraient prises au bar ?! Puis, lors de la remise des clés en fin de soirée, la facture a été annulée « suite à une erreur »…
Les 2 cartes permettant l’accès à la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas…
Nouvelles cartes, changement d’étage mais impossible de récupérer nos bagages qui étaient restés au 4eme alors que notre nouvelle chambre se trouvait au 5eme… Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnant qu’avec les badges associés à un étage…
Le personnel n’a pas été en mesure de nous renseigner sur le trajet le plus simple pour nous rendre au musée Mercedes (avis divergeants pour les 2 personnes de l’accueil)…
Enfin, lors de notre arrivée dans la salle du petit déjeuner, la personne (la 5eme depuis notre arrivée) nous a indiqué que nous n’avions pas réservé de petit déjeuner, alors même que nous l’avions déjà réglé la veille !?!

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die SPA Anlage äußerst großzügig gestaltet. Unser Zimmer absolut ruhig und das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen! Alles in allem perfekt!

Sehr zu empfehlen! Jeder Zeit wieder gerade bei einer Dienstreise mit mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr großes komfortables Zimmer und Bad mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Tresor. Großer Schreibtisch und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit. Hotel 24h Service mit Restaurant und Bar. Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad - lange Öffnungszeiten. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Unmittelbare Nähe zum ÖPNV mit direkter Anbindung zum Flughafen und zum HBhf aber trotzdem im Grünen.

Cons:

Auf hohem Niveau gejammert: die Aufzüge sind sehr langsam und laufen bis in die Stockwerke 5-12 ist keine Option. schneller

Schöne Aussicht und freundliches Barpersonal, aber deutliche Schwächen im Spa-Bereich, bei der Zimmervergabe und im Umga
Pros:

Das Personal an der Bar war sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Der Sauna- und Spa-Bereich war leider enttäuschend. Es lagen häufig benutzte Handtücher auf dem Boden oder auf den Liegen, und das Personal kam nur selten vorbei, um für Ordnung zu sorgen. Die Sauna selbst erreichte maximal etwa 70 Grad und lief ständig automatisiert mit Aufguss, sodass eine klassische trockene Hitze nicht möglich war – eher wie ein Dampfbad.
Das Frühstück war eher Standard und nichts Besonderes.
Zudem wurde mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer im hinteren Bereich nicht berücksichtigt – ich bekam ein Zimmer direkt neben den Aufzügen, was sehr unruhig war, besonders da ich arbeiten wollte.
Beim Check-out hatte ich außerdem das Gefühl, mit meiner Kritik nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Der Techniker reagierte auf die Saunabeschwerde eher belustigt und wirkte sogar etwas angegriffen.

Goed hotel, met prima faciliteiten en een uitstekende ligging.
Pros:

Een mooi, schoon en goed gelegen hotel. Bedden goed, badkamer prima, maar klein, spa zeer goed alhoewel de sauna de eerste dag niet warm was. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeker ook het barpersoneel.
Zeer handig gelegen naast het station van Vaihingen. Ik kom terug!

Cons:

De spa heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Rond het hotel hangen wat ongure types. De tuin en de omgeving zijn slecht onderhouden. Doet allemaal wat onverzorgd aan.

Cons:

L’ascenseur était en panne, alors que monter et descendre à chaque fois pour une escalier en métal dehors c’était pas très agréable.
