Location is fine, parking is easy.

Cons:

Thin walls, incredibly noisy guest above us who made tons of noise from 1:30-5 am. Two calls to front desk yielded no results. Place is clean, but wreaks of cleaning products. We left smelling like we’d gone through a dryer full of fabric softening sheets. :-(

Excellent place to stay in Chico.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean, plenty of room to work on provided computers or relax. 24/7 coffee, even fruit was left out to grab. Breakfast offered was a variety and full meal options.
