Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, SO homey and comfortable I kind of wish I lived there permanently.
Pros:

Literally everything! The property and grounds were immaculately clean, the room was huge and so comfortable I slept better than I have in probably 30 years, and the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Literally there was nothing I could think I might have wanted that they didn’t have. I would go back to ABQ for this breakfast alone.

Cons:

There were some questionable people who seemed to use the parking lot as a shortcut, but that’s not the hotel’s fault (they have multiple signs posted).

Be diligent in checking the beds
Pros:

The front desk manager was nice and did what he could to make it right.

Cons:

The first room they tried smelled like smoke and had bugs in the bed. The second room had bugs in the bed and trash left behind. Finally by the third room there were no signs of bugs.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location convenient. Front desk staff great. Rooms clean.

Cons:

Too much highway noise. Remotes for t.v.'s worked, but barely. Television was blurry.

I would recommend staying here again. The room was roomy and beds comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake machine. Fruit could have been fresher. Orange juice was very good.. Bacon would have been a good addition and maybe gravy as a nice change since we ate breakfast there 4 mornings. The laundry room was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Bathroom fan was inadequate. I had requested a mobility room and there was a tub in the bathroom- not quite mobility situation so a bit disappointed. The room was close to the office and parking which was really nice.

Never checked in, pulled in and all the dumpster area was covered in mattresses. Was afraid of bed bugs and decided to pass. Emailed for a refund and no response

This place is itching to get bought & upgraded. Nothing I didn’t necessarily like but just don’t expect much. It’s good enough.

Pros:

Crockery was dirty had to wash coffee cups before we could use them. Variation on breakfast oprions daily would help people staying for 3 days or more.

Cons:

Lots of noise from upstairs room. Kids and parents screaming in middle of the night. Same as above. Better breakfast options.

Great location. We got a free room upgrade to a 2 bed 2 bath suite. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking.
