Great rooms the loft suite is awesome. I’ve never been in a loft suite before so that was pretty awesome..
Pros:

I like the property and the fact that it’s clean not too much noise people keep to themselves. I like the fact that they put me in the back kind of by where the freeway is so that way I can be able to take my dogs out to the grass area.

Cons:

The only thing that I would say would need some improvement is from the general manager he really didn’t interact with me. He kinda gave me a standoffish vibe, but other younger, more attractive women, he would talk to, but he really didn’t interact with me. He kind of like avoided me, but other than that Julian was great, as well as the other employees that I spoke with regarding my stay. Also, I noticed that they shut off the water to your room or your unit on the day of your check out. If you don’t check out by 11 AM they will shut off your water. My next weeks stay was pending so they shut off my water to my room which I don’t think that’s right because somebody could be in the shower and they just shut off the water.

Halfway Accessible
Pros:

I like the cottage style, private entrances, and the open spaces of the grounds. I especially like being able to get outside easily and feeling safe when I'm outside. I'm in a wheelchair and requested a roll-in shower, but was given a room with an "accessible" tub that I couldn't use. I really appreciate the pool being heated and accessible and I hope to try it out during a future stay (if I can get a roll-in shower). There was ample room for me to maneuver my wheelchair all about the room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet was not really safe for me. The roll-in shower was a bathtub. The TV remote needs new batteries.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was only putting out air that was not cold. Tried turning it down and the temperature went up to 75. We called the front desk and the guy we talked to said he was busy with checking someone in and would get back to us and never did. It got so hot we left at 4am. Will never stay here again!

Will not be returning
Pros:

The location next to the freeway and a major store was nice.

Cons:

Check in was delayed till almost 7pm, someone walked in our room after we checked in, son was scared of strangers coming in the remainder of the trip.

The place was good for the money but I love to swim and the pool was closed my entire stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect and extra quiet. We used our microwave vent for noise throughout the night. The beds were awesome and comfy. Loved the amount of room within the room. Especially liked the kitchen area. Basketball court.

Cons:

Found a bug in my bed, screen to the balcony kept coming off the track, and the couch pullout was pretty hard. Pool was closed my entire stay. That was a bummer.
