We had a wonderful room and at our late arrival were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite despite not needing it. There was adequate space for walking our dog.
We were not made aware of the $75 pet fee until check in. Our room was a second floor room but it was obvious there were first floor rooms available which would have made it more convenient for our less than 15 hour stay and managing our luggage and a dog. Breakfast was very limited due to the one and only staff member who was trained to make eggs and other cooked items encountering a family emergency and not being able to work that morning; no other staff were trained to be able to ensure a full breakfast was available. The front desk staff did provide offer free breakfast at a restaurant down the street and when we informed him that we didn't have time to stay, provided a $20 credit. We were not aware nor made aware that parking would be $5 until the morning we checked out.

We’ve stayed in the two room townhouse-style suite 3 previously times and have not been disappointed.
There wasn’t a thing we were disappointed with.
I liked that the room had a full fridge and oven/stovetop. The location was great, right by the freeway but was not loud. The breakfast was nice.
The pullout couch was very uncomfortable and the beds could have been bigger. The breakfast needed more fruit.
That there were 3 Sheriff's staying there
The mattress and pillows we horrible. The room was hot and you could not adjust the ac or it would freeze. The coffee creamer in the front of for area was dirty when we checked on and it was still gross the next morning, not cleaned off at all.

The space
1. The room wasn't ready when checking in at 6PM. 2 Room keys was received but Maids were still cleaning when we checked the room & room was filled with trash bags and had some odor smell. 3. Maids didn't do a good job of cleaning when we return later. 4. AC didn't really work, temp. was at 83 most of the night. 5. Restroom sink was clogged. 6. A beeping sound kept us awake through the night. 7. I believe rooms are rented over a week or so,, based on the number of trash taken out and smell of the room. 8. Requested for another room, but that didn't work out.
Nothing besides it’s close to restaurants.
Everything! The staff is rude and sucks. Put on app that I have little kids and put us next to people to “live” there I guess. Blowing up our phone talking about “ noise complaints” god forbid to take your family out at late to come back to straight crap.! Tried to have security knock on our door next with “ last warning “ it’s hotel responsibility to figure that out to make sure every guest is where needed. Made us feel really uncomfortable.
