The property is a little run down for it being a Hilton. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom had wallpaper coming off of the walls
It states breakfast is included when booking. IT IS NOT. You will have to pay an additional $18 per person. Parking is private but you have to pay. It is $12 a night. If I had known about these hidden fees, I personally would have never booked for this place. Hundreds of hotels offer a much better facility and price

The location you have a shopping center close and easy axis to the freeway.
Well I was there for 3 nights and house cleaning never showed up. And also I was given the wrong room were I left my sunglasses and no one followed up on that.

DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST. THEY GAVE US AN OLD ROOM WAY AT THE OTHER END AND THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING AND GAVE US THE 4TH FLOOR. UPGRADES NEEDED IN THE ROOM AND THE RUG WAS FILTHY. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT US IN A ROOM FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE BECAUSE I HAVE REALLY BAD SCIATICA BUT THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AND SAID THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.
it’s perfect place
Even though we did not get the room we reserved with 2 queen beds, we were able to use the sofa bed (not too comfortable). To make up for this, we were given 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers. The hotel was able to give us a room with 2 queen beds the next night. The rooms were clean and cool when we arrived. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were able to utilize the gym, which was very nicely equipped.
Our room was way at the end of the long corridor and the nearest elevator and ice machine were not working, so we had to walk all the way to the front.

The hotel location & the king room size.
Prior to arrival, we had requested two rooms next to each other. However, this request was not accommodated, despite a room next to ours remaining empty. In addition, although we asked for housekeeping service daily, our room was not cleaned consistently during our ten-day stay. The room had a consistent smoke smell during our stay, which made the environment uncomfortable. Also, parking fees were not clearly communicated upfront, which added unexpected costs.
