Pros:

Für den Zweck meines Aufenthaltes, Besuch meiner Kinder und Enkel in Kassel, war die preisgünstige und in der Nähe liegende Unterkunft eine günstige und praktische Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Jederzeit wieder.

Reserviert, bezahlt und abserviert
Pros:

Die Reservierung und das bezahlen hat wunderbar geklappt. Als wir am Abend dann um 10 Uhr am Hotel ankamen wurde uns gesagt, dass leider kein Zimmer frei ist. Das ganze passiert natürlich, während eine Messe. Was das Ersatzhotel gekostet hat, möchte ich gar nicht sagen. So etwas darf nicht sein!!!
