Great breakfast and staff, but location will require a ton of commuting. Juhu beach is off-putting.
Pros:

The staff were polite and professional. I felt welcome and taken care of. Cudos to both the restaurant and front desk crew. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options to choose from - thumbs up. The room was big and well taken care of. Sleeping wasn't an issue.

Cons:

The location is neither as close to the airport as it looks on the map (30min in Mumbai traffic), and 1h+ to the city. It's way more tedious than it sounds. Being that close to the beach is all but useless, as you will spend no time there, as this a beach only from a geographic perspective. The pool bar didn't work, which rendered the entire pool area as useless as the gym. Not a good value for money for sure.

Excellent, would stay again!
Pros:

Nicely located in Juhu with a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Clean and tidy with a good breakfast too!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was up to standard.

Let's try Hyatt Juhu
Pros:

All was ok except the lobby and lifts. Could have been better. Room preference was not asked and overview not given during check in.

Poor experience at Hyatt Centric Juhu
Pros:

Absolutely unacceptable that when i have booked through booking dot com and have an early check in as well as late check out, upon arriving at 4pm and requesting for a room with twin beds i was told that it would take 20 mins. Since i had a meeting in an hour i said give whatever room was ready the person said even that will take 20 mins. When i started getting angry i was immediately allotted what is supposedly the “best room’ . When their check in time is 3pm and this is what i had to face after 4 pm one decides that this is not a place i am coming back to stay in ever again
