I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Hyatt Centeic in Mumbai.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The breakfast is outstanding- so much to select from and the hot dishes from the live station were a wonderful addition.
A special thank you to the team for making my experience so memorable — whether it was the excellent dining, prompt assistance, or thoughtful gestures throughout our stay.

Great location, nice spacious clean rooms , the staff are friendly and helpful ,from the guard in front to housekeeping . Shreyas and Ruquia at rececption , Shruti in the restaurant , Jennifer ( breakfast ) as well as the other staff of the hotel were all great.

The staff was the most disrespectful and untrained ones. The guy on the front desk, Sidhesh, apparently the guy responsible for his staff, was the most disrespectful of the lot. He spoke rubbish with my client who was staying thee. I had specifically mentioned late check out and they started calling my client’s room from 11AM itself. We had ordered tea which they took 90 minutes to deliver. I would not recommend staying in this hotel just because of the staff. Hyatt Management needs to train their staff better for this property. I have been a regular customer of Hyatt around the world but Hyatt Centric Juhu has now made sure that I book anything else but Hyatt as specifically mentioned by Mr. Sidhesh and his team of disrespectful staff members across the hotel.
Very friendly staff (especially at the restaurant), amazing breakfast buffet and good in-room dining.
Roof top pool is nice as well.
The room is very small. Location is ok but not much around (restaurants or coffee shops). Extremely wasteful when it comes to plastic water bottles. I had around 20x small plastic bottles in my room instead of fewer larger ones. They must also have run out of towels during my stay, as I had orange pool towels one day and no hand towels, plus the gym also didnt have any small towels. Not a major issue but from a brand hotel like Hyatt, I would expect a bit more consistency.

The roof top pool was not great, shallow, small and lack of shade, and the view was terrible
Also bathrooms could be better
The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were helpful. The rooftop bar was nice, the guy who works there gave excellent service every time I saw him.
A bit more space around reception, especially to sit. Better selection for room service.
