The receptionist was very nice and speaks okay German. The staffs are all very friendly and polite.
Breakfast has eggs (scrambled eggs, sunny side up, boiled) and a lot of choices.
Overall was ok if it would have costed €100/night. But that was not the case... (it was ~€193 for us.)
A lot....It was almost €200 /night with half board for 2 people. But the facilities were lacking for such a price.
Half-board: dinner 7-9 pm edible but not worth it
Note that drinks are not included and the drinking water from the dispenser tastes really weird. Tap water even worse.
Breakfast 8-10 am was better
Partial sea-view = you have to walk out the balcony to see a bit of the sea.
The shower water temperature is unstable. The tap water is hard to wash soap off (likely hard water).
The doors open like half way for both the main and the bathroom doors.
The mattresses sink in a lot (double room = twin beds adjacent to each other), which is unhealthy for your back.
Air conditioner is rather loud and the remote control doesn't work to adjust anything.

El aparcar que no era del todo fácil.
El hotel tiene todas las comodidades, atención muy buena, frente a una playa tranquila y muy linda. La comida y bebida variada, el personal super amable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Habitación amplia con balcón con vista al mar.
La ubicación, el trato del personal su director excelente,un pequeño hotel pero te hace pasar un dia excepcional mucho mejor que otros hoteles de más estrellas y más grandes.
A localização é boa, os funcionários todos sem excepção foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
A comida muito repetitiva, só havia uma opção de carne e uma de peixe, tudo o resto era muito á base de saladas frias. Foi a terceira vez que estive na ilha e este foi o pior hotel e o mais caro também. Tivemos azar, as pessoas do quarto ao lado fizeram barulho nas 3 primeiras noites, na terceira noite até foram ameaçados pelos funcionários do hotel, para se conterem caso contrário chamariam a polícia. Depois dessas 3 noites achei que era demais fui queixar na receção, foi-me informado que já se iriam embora no decorrer desse dia. Pedi uma compensação, foi-me negada, justificando que se me queixasse antes me trocavam de quarto, tenho as minhas dúvidas, pois o hotel já estava esgotado.
Deixo um conselho, não facilitem, reclamem logo que algo não cumprir os requisitos, caso contrário podem apresentar esta justificação.

2. It seems the hotel had been renovated recently and has a very nice pool and seating areas
3. If you go all inclusive you still have to pay for premium alcohol which is expected however it is 50% off
4. The meat was very good. Good flavour and tender
5. There is a sauna
1. Variety of food at the hotel. If you’re staying for the whole week it gets a bit repetitive. It seems they reuse a lot of the food to avoid waste which is great for the environment and cost wise but it is a bit monotone
2. For whatever reason the drinking water is salty. This was a massive problem as you could taste it when drinking various drinks as they use it to dilute juice and some fizzy drinks and you could even taste it in some of the food such as soup. This made us feel a bit ill and we had to go out and buy our own drinks despite being all inclusive
3. You have to pay for the sun loungers that are located in the hotel, there are a few metal ones that are free
4. We had the impression that the food and hotel overall was tailored towards german tourists. On multiple occasions when staff approached us they spoke to us in german because they assumed we were german. This is not necessarily a negative we jusy found it a bit strange as it would make more sense to speak either in spanish or english

Skvělý hotel přímo u pláže, před hotelem krásné posezení k vypití drinku nebo odpočinku. Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný, postel pohodlná. Jídlo dobré, skvěle ochucené. Personál přátelský, usměvavý. Pláž před hotelem pěkná, moře krásně čisté. Poloha hotelu je úžasná, po pár metrech jste na pláži, krásná ranní procházka a koupel v prázdném moři. Na jednu stranu od hotelu možnost navštívit procházkou po promenádě rušnější část s restauracemi, bary, na druhou stranu klidná procházka po útesech ke Cala Morlanda, nádherná zátoka, vřele doporučuji ke koupání, zvlášť ráno, když tam není moc lidí. Měli jsme auto, u hotelu není možnost parkování, ale vždy jsme zaparkovali v přilehlých ulicích.
V koupelně byli jen dva háčky na ručník, zcela chyběl háček u umyvadla, to je velice nepohodlné.
