Everyone I encounter was friendly and polite. Rooms were beautiful and the view was breathtaking
Pros:

Property was clean, quiet and in the perfect location

Cons:

Nothing. If you have trouble with steps, there is no elevator but they do have a dumbwaiter for luggage

Pros:

Location and View were perfect. The harbor is a relaxing yet central spot! The room was super clean, cool, and a good size for our family. It also had a general balcony overlooking the harbor we could use.

Cons:

No golf carts available to rent :( I forgot to add our two kids to the 2 Queen Beds room and they charged us extra. I am not sure this is the best route for customer service since we only stayed one night, oh well :(

Eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Hafen. Der Frühstücksplatz ist einfach genial

Cons:

Frühstück war ok. Viel Plastikmüll, Qualität und Auswahl an Speisen war durchschnittlich, was eigentlich nicht zum Hotel passt.

This was a lovely, small, quaint inn located on Silver Lake Harbor. It had excellent views and was very quiet.
