部屋から見えたお城が素敵
Pros:

部屋も広く、景色も良かったです。窓際に有るソファーの居心地が最高でした。
足を痛めててレストランが満席で遠い席でしたが、私の歩き方を見てか、近くの場所に変更して頂き、その後景色が良く、座りやすい所に変更して下さいました。対応が良くて感謝してます。

貴飯店很有質感，房間能位子也超好能直望熊本城與百貨樓下的熊本熊，視野極佳👍有機會再來的熊本值得在回住。重點樓下可以逛街，市電也方便，可以搭直達車到機場真的有點滿滿👍

櫃檯服務的人員都很細心，有問題都會幫忙解說很清楚，辦理入住也不會有壓力。超讚👍

Pros:

The decor of the hotel when you first enter is exceptional. The reception staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and the bathroom was also immaculate.

Cons:

Couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to any and all travellers.

位置非常好，就在巴士總站的大樓裡，要搭巴士到各地都很方便，環境乾淨，周邊吃飯逛街也很多

Cons:

飯店入口不太好找，入口在2樓要先去14樓大廳check in，又換電梯至客房樓層，攜帶大型行李有點辛苦
