I can’t believe how amazing the stay was.
Pros:

Very well located, very clean and the staff was amazing!. The view of Kumamoto Castle from our window was a major plus.
Also the festival right outside the door was so cool.

Cons:

No negative comments, it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at to this date.

Very modern with an excellent location above the bust terminal and all the nearby shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as it's in a shopping mall. The reception is on the top (14th) floor.
The bar prices are very high.but you do have a nice view north towards the castle.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

So clean, modern and comfortable. Fantastic location and the rooms were lovely. Absolutely brilliant and friendly staff.

シティホテルって感じ
Pros:

枕が2種類あり硬く高いのと柔らかくて低いのと両方あった。浴室がシャワーと分けてあり扉があってトイレは水ねれせず利用出来た。朝食が良かったです。

Cons:

新しいホテルではあったけどカードキーだが部屋に差し込み場所がなく不便。エレベーターがやけに揺れた。フロントは14階で客室は違うエレベーターで移動し更に朝食はまた乗り換えしめんどくさい。。チェックイン時間に行列になりかなり待った。部屋の窓を空けたら真っ黒な壁でした。熊本城が見えると期待していたが残念でした。車で来てホテル利用割引きがなかった。

整體乾淨整潔，房間以日本房間算大，早餐比較普通，不過有大片窗戶可眺望熊本城，可以買1日早餐體驗即可，浴室有浴缸可以泡澡，整體來說非常推薦👍

黒で統一された感じのホテル？

ロケーションがとても良い。

熊本観光の拠点としては最高。
Pros:

最も良い点は熊本の交通の要所であるサクラマチバスターミナルと直結していること。近隣の商業地域へは徒歩でも行けるし、バスを利用した観光の起点として利用するには最適な場所。朝食のビュッフェは大きな窓から熊本城を眺めながら食事ができ、天気の良い日はとても清々しい。品数は多くは無いものの他所のビュッフェと比較しても下品なゲストがすくなく、綺麗で衛生的に保たれており安心して食事ができる。

Cons:

以前利用した際は上層階だったので、部屋から熊本城を眺めることができた。立地的に今回もそれを期待したが、5階と低層階だった為、窓の外は全面サクラマチガーデンの壁面しか見えず非常に閉鎖的だった。予約時には可能であれば二桁階以上にしておけば眺めは良いと思う。
