Amazing location, good hotel, nice room. Nothing luxurious but very comfortable and clean.

Would absolutely recommend, our stay was amazing! Every single staff member was so kind and helpful, the facility was clean and well kept, and the breakfast was great. Location is very close to Galata tower, and not far from public transportation to get to other tourist sites, but a bit off the beaten path. Well worth it for the hospitality though!

Best hotel staff I ever encounter during my travel. Especially Ghofran who helped us in a locating a lot of things, she was exceptional. I will have to mention the manager Mohamed that went above and beyond, he even got my husband a gift for his birthday that coincided at the time of our stay. Also Ahmed who was welcoming and the friendliest when we checked in. My hat to all of them and my thanks for making our journey wonderful.

I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where the staff were as friendly as this. Incredible service, excellent rooms, close to everything, the staff all speak great English, breakfast was delicious, I can't fault a thing.

We booked a room for 3 people and the extra bed is broken, it collapses when we sit on it.
It seems like one of us will sleep on the floor tonight as I have just been told that the hotel is fully booked and they don’t have a room to move us to…

We spent one night here, arriving early in the morning. They were so welcoming and were able to get us in our room early. They also graciously offered breakfast to us when we arrived. It is a wonderful spot and if we’re back in the area we’ll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doruk Palas Hotel. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. They also provided information about many sightseeing and shopping spots.The location is very combinient, with spacious rooms, offering beautiful views of the Golden Horn and the old city.The breakfast was delicious

We arrived in Istanbul a day early for our trip and we were here for one night. The staff was so friendly and nice! We had Turkish coffee upon arrival while waiting a few minutes for our room to be ready. Great location within walking distance of galata tower area. Nice and clean room. Great stay!

Had an amazing 3 night stay with my family at doruk palace. I think what really sets it apart is the service. They really welcome you here and genuinely try and make your stay enjoyable. No issues with picking us up at midnight after a delayed flight, gave us some free lemonde at one point, and when my daughter got sick they let us stay late until we could check in early at next hotel. Plus view from 3rd floor deluxe was fantastic. Overall a wonderful introduction to istanbul!

It was wonderful! It is well-located in Galata and is clean and the room was very nice. The staff were also very friendly! I would highly recommend this place.
