Hôtel très bien. Manque juste un peu de communication lors de l arrivée.
Où se trouve la restauration, comment rentrer dans l Hôtel.

Chambre sous les toits, sous pente avec canapé lit, salle de bain sous pente avec hauteur au dessus de la baignoire insuffisante (environ 1m) donc pas pratique.
La climatisation dysfonctionne.
Hôtel propre, coquet, rénové (déco actuelle) et calme. Personnel accueillant et disponible.

je déconseille la chambre sous les toits,grande chambre 2 lits 140, mais la hauteur sous plafond est trop basse, trés difficile de se doucher
Pour la seconde nuit j'ai pu avoir une seconde chambre plus agréable

Chambre très propre et agréable…Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est complet (pain frais, viennoiseries, jus d’orange pressé, yaourt, miel, beurre, confiture, pâte à tartiner). Servi entre 6h et 11h.
Quartier animé et avec commerces.

Rien a dire dans l'ensemble cetait parfait

When we arrived they did not have our reservation. We also paid for breakfast but they tried to get us to pay for this again. Do not bother paying for breakfast because the price at booking is different to what they actually charge. You probably will not get any breakfast anyway because there are no staff members.

During our stay we did not come across any staff members. No one was at the front desk at any time.

The hotel felt very unsafe. We wanted to leave straight away but we did not have anywhere else to go. We booked the hotel for 11 nights but ended up leaving after 5 nights. The nights that we did stay we did not feel comfortable.

There was no WiFi, the phone did not work either. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom.

The room was only cleaned twice during our stay. The cleaner said that she would come back on one occasion but never did

They also say that they can speak English and French but we did not come across anyone who could speak English.

The amenities that were supposed to come with the room were not provided.

There was no Coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, 24-hour room service, and free bottled water. These items were all in the itinerary but nothing was provided.

The hotel has a restaurant underneath so it is loud and you will not get a good nights sleep here.

I also had to use my own clothes as a duvet as the state of the bedding was awful. There were stains everywhere.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived. The reception area, which is a cafe, was filled with odd-looking, somewhat threatening men and no women. The electric outlet in the room did not work nor did the house telephone nor did the toilet. There appeared to be almost no staff, and it was more like a flop-house than a hotel. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the hotel made no effort to create a welcoming environment. I found it necessary to leave the hotel and am out the 600 euros paid for the room. Do not stay here. Expedia should be more responsible on what hotels it allows to use its website.

I booked a double room, the pictures showed a proper shower and bed. What I got was a bath tub with a slanting height impossible to stand and take a shower and the bed was a converted bouncy and noisey sofa bed. On top, it was clearly stated that the room will have access by lift, but that was only the case for 4 floors, my room was located on the 5th and I had to carry my bags over the stairs to the last floor.

I went to talk to the reception guy, showed him what I booked and what I am getting. He said this is the best room in the hotel, we actually upgraded you to a suit. And when I said I want a room with a bed and a shower he said.... "What the F**K are you talking about". It was mid night and I had an early morning meeting so I knew that they do not give a damn. I was not able to take a shower next morning, first time I have walked into a meeting like this.

A complete and utter disgrace!

Hôtel propre, chambres pas très grande mais bien agencée et de manière récente, personnel accueillant et resto à bon rapport qualité/ prix.
On peut y retourner sans problème.

Que dire de l hôtel ?
Je ne saurai vriament le dire vu qu'une fois notre arrivée notre réservation etait annulée...
Soit disant pour l hotel de la faute d expédia... ce dont j'ai des doutes vu que le matin même j'ai reçu un mail d Expedia me demandant comment c'était passé notre arrivée..nous avons dormi dans le airbnb de l'hotel (un peu mitueux) mais propre. Pas de clim pas de gel douche etc. Donc heureusement nous n'avons pas été à la rue mais payer 80 euros pour un airbnb mitueux...

L hôtel n a pas retrouvé pas ma réservation, chambre mal nettoyé, affaire oublier de l ancien occupant dans la chambre, il faut a chaque fois appelez le veilleur pour rentrer dans l hôtel ,pour la fin du sejour il voulait me refacturer le sejour

C’était très bien. Accueil sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner
