Our experience at the DoubleTree in Jackson TN was exceptional from start to finish!
A special thank you to Mary Ross, who was phenomenal in helping us plan our training. She was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Everything was organized and ready on time, allowing our event to run seamlessly.
The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal exceeded our expectations, and Giviona did an outstanding job coordinating and presenting our meals. You could truly see the pride he takes in his work, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The entire staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, providing outstanding hospitality throughout our training. Their commitment to excellent customer service made our training a tremendous success.
Whether you're planning a business meeting, training, conference, or simply looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend the DoubleTree in Jackson. The food, service, and hospitality are a perfect 100! We will definitely be back!
Friendly staff.
The floors in the room was soaking wet you could not walk without shoes and had a mildew smell. The comforter had blood stains on it.
Food, service and staff were excellent.
Everything was great.
Easy highway access, nice hotel, good restaurant, comfy beds, nice pool.
It was out of all control but the State baseball champions where there so the pool was not relaxing. But the littles had a good time. I was hoping for a nice relaxing floating evening... maybe next time.
The staff at this Doubletree is amazing. Mary, Yassalyn, Trey, Jorge, Raven, Iesha, and Dana, made my stay the week of June 14-20th, the most pleasant I have I experienced all summer. And Bianca Wilson was so helpful and very nice. She kept my room clean, stocked and spotless. Her pleasant smile and warm greetings made my day. She deserves a raise. In fact THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE AND 2 WEEKS PAID VACATION!!!
The room was very clean. The bed/pillows was amazing!!! Also the breakfast buffet was outstanding!!!

Rooms, public areas pool & restaurant were all very clean. Front desk staff ❤️! Miss Ashley in housekeeping is the kindest & I give her my highest compliments! Maintenance Fast, efficient & also very kind!

Great location. Good food and drinks in hotel restuarant.
This is the worst experience I have had at a Hilton property. First, I checked in electronically and requested a digital key but it never arrived so I had to physically check in at the front desk. None of the staff were very personable at all. When I got to the room, everything appeared clean and in order but when I pulled back the sheets, I found a dark brown substance smeared on the sheets. I called the front desk and they said they would move us to a room across the hall. We gathered and re-packed all our belongings and moved to the new room. The sheets in that room had been changed and were clean, but when my wife walked into the bathroom she observed multiple long black pubic hairs that indicate the floor had not been cleaned very well. The thermostat in the room would not go below 67 and the room temp did not go below 70 all night which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room wasn't soundproof and we heard traffic passing by on the highway all night. There was no desk area in the room to set up my laptop and there also was not a clock in the room. There was a brief 15 minute storm that passed quickly, but the staff closed the pools (indoor and outdoor) for the entire evening. On a positive note, the common areas in the hotel were beautiful and the breakfast server provided OUTSTANDING service. I also received good service from the check-out associate. I would not stay at this location again due to poor service by check-in staff and apparent incompetence of housekeeping. If I can observe issues like that, I can only imagine how many surfaces were dirty but not visually obvious.
The breakfast is delicious, and the employees were very attentive. The hotel's location is in a good spot.
The room looked nothing like the photos. The carpet in my room was humid. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Upon entering, I found a large cockroach in the bathroom. One of the pillows had such an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that it hadn't been washed. One of the bedspreads was slightly torn. The place needs a more thorough deep cleaning. I took photos and videos just in case. Besides, I didn't know they charge for Wi-Fi or at least the lady who helped me didn't explain it to me very well.
