Pros:

Clean, neat, friendly staff, and quite.

Cons:

That the microwave and refrigerator didn't work properly in the room. The refrigerator was hot in the inside and the microwave didn't get the food hot.

Pros:

The restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely phenomenal! The atmosphere was excellent and the food and service were top tier. The restaurant experience and the way staff treated me saved what would have been a bad experience overall!

Cons:

The bed mattress was very hard! Breakfast was supposed to be free and I was told to ask for a breakfast voucher, Once I did I was told that breakfast was not free and I was not entitled a voucher. Although when I booked the Hotel it stated that breakfast was free.

Clean and Convenient Choice
Pros:

Stayed here for one night on our Tennessee trip and I’m glad we chose this spot. Easy check-in (warm cookies included), nice quiet stay and a clean room. I can’t offer any information about the on-site amenities because we didn’t utilize any considering we were basically just there to sleep.

Pros:

Breakfast is good if you dont get a breakfast voucher it's 15 per person. You basically end up
paying for the convenience.

Cons:

Confusion over the breakfast voucher. Even I specifically requested vouchers in
my booking I was given 1 per room and then told I shouldn't have been giving those
that unless your a Diamond Select level you dont qualify.

Great Hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

We had car problems and had to make an unexpected stop in Jackson, we have had a great experience at the DoubleTree. Chyna was very welcoming and helpful and got us two rooms last minute. Thank you for saving the day for us and provide a comfortable and clean place to stay.

My Hotel Stay: Rating, Pros, and Cons
Pros:

On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, I rate your hotel as a four. Consider the pros of my balanced perspective of this helpful hotel review, which not only the covers the rating but highlighting the specific details justifying me giving a rating of the hotel stay as a 4. First, upon my arrival on December 23, 2025, the hotel room was pristine in cleanliness and the bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. Next, the common areas were clean as well. Third, the staff service: management and employees were welcoming. Fourth, the amenities such as Wi-Fi quality, breakfast offerings, pools, or parking availability were high quality. Finally, the location such as the physical proximity to gas stations, stores, and restaurants was very close to my targeted destination.

On the other hand, however, here are the cons or disadvantages of my hotel stay justifying why I did not give the hotel a 5 star review. The welcoming staff were not as helpful regarding cleaning the room. The hotel room was not cleansed by your staff on December 24, 2025 and on December 25, 2025. I voiced a complaint on both days about this room cleanliness issue. The bedding was not made or replaced with clean bedding sheets. Both of the trash cans were full in the bathroom and bedding area. The soiled towels were not taken out by your staff. I had to collect the trash and soiled towels myself and sit on the outside of the door. I never received any fresh clean bedding supplies such as pillow slips or sheets. I decided to bring in my personal comforter to sleep on. I am not sure if it was lack of communication or lack of staff availability, but I was not content or satisfied due to this ineffective, unwise decision made regarding not cleaning the room.
