Extremely friendly warm staff, that was really nice and pleasant and fresh juices next door!
Pros:

We arrived very early after a long flight, and I truly appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were — they graciously allowed us to check into our room earlier, which made such a difference after traveling. They also helped us with a phone charger when our pre-ordered international charger didn’t work, and that small act of care meant a lot.
The buffet breakfast was another highlight. I loved that you could choose exactly what you wanted, with an amazing variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. As a vegetarian, it was especially nice to see plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit available — simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared.
What stood out most, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and always smiling. They were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, and that warmth made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Those thoughtful touches and heartfelt hospitality left a very positive impression and are something I genuinely appreciated.

Cons:

There were only a couple of very small things worth mentioning, and they are minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. One morning the guava was quite hard and difficult to eat, so it may be something to reconsider offering — though this was not a big issue at all.
I also personally prefer fresh-squeezed juices rather than boxed or sugary juices. That said, this actually led to a lovely experience: just next door there was a woman with a small pop-up coffee and juice stand, and I ended up going there each day for fresh-squeezed orange juice. It was delicious, very affordable, and a nice way to connect with the local community.
Overall, these were very minor details and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant stay.

Отличный отель. Снимали на 12 этаже номер, как однокомнатная квартира. Очень просторно, можно ходить свободно. Каждый день убирали номер, меняли полотенца, приносили чай и кофе. Орешки и чипсы по адекватной цене.
Обалденные завтраки! Очень много всего и постоянно пополняют, до самого конца (9:30). Жили 4 дня, всегда был арбуз, иногда ромбутан, иногда драконий фрукт.
Вежливые сотрудники, всегда встречают и провожают с улыбкой. Консьерж вообще топ! Мы только вышли из такси, достали чемодан, люльку и пока доставали коляску, парень уже понес наши вещи в лобби по лестнице. Вот это я понимаю сервис!!!
Отличный отель. Крайне не понимаю негативных отзывов.
Единственный момент - слышно шум с дороги. Чувствительным может быть некомфортно.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort.
Pros:

Accommodation at the Roliva hotel is really comfortable and great relaxation, accommodation includes breakfast which is very varied and rich, the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the swimming pool is included in the price and is located on the roof of the hotel, it is a 10-minute walk to the sea and the beautiful beach. Very good hotel, I recommend it.
