Pros:

・朝食にウズベキスタンならではの地元料理があった。
・通りを一本入った所にあったので、とても静かだった。
・建物は少し古めでしたが、清潔に保たれていました。

Cons:

・お湯がでるまでに時間がかかりました。
・親切と親切でないスタッフの落差が大きかった。

Lost the quality

Cons:

The beds are very old and worn out. Even though we repeatedly informed the reception staff that the bed cover needed to be changed urgently, it was never replaced.

We also asked for towels six times, but no one brought them. In the end, we had to go downstairs and collect them ourselves.

The receptionist told us the bed cover would be changed, so we waited for an hour. When I went downstairs to ask again, after keeping us waiting without any update until late at night, we were simply told that it could not be changed today.

I have stayed here before, and the quality of the hotel used to be excellent. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality have now declined significantly.
