Зубную пасту и щётку принесли после когда я сказал что отсутствует зубная паста и щётка. Получается не внимательный персонал

The beds are very old and worn out. Even though we repeatedly informed the reception staff that the bed cover needed to be changed urgently, it was never replaced.
We also asked for towels six times, but no one brought them. In the end, we had to go downstairs and collect them ourselves.
The receptionist told us the bed cover would be changed, so we waited for an hour. When I went downstairs to ask again, after keeping us waiting without any update until late at night, we were simply told that it could not be changed today.
I have stayed here before, and the quality of the hotel used to be excellent. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality have now declined significantly.

И не очень разнообразная еда
Грязный отель, полотенца, постельное белье - все какое-то не свежее, не белое уже, за зубной щеткой разовой пришлось идти на ресепшн, в номере ее нет. Кровать, подушки - не удобные, кондиционер очень шумный, с ним спать не возможно, без него - жарко и тоже невозможно спать. Завтрак нормальный.
Superb Hotel. Convenient for airport. Very close to public transport. Tashkent is such an easy city to get round.

Erken chekin için oda bedelinin önce %80nini istediler %50 ye anlaştık, pis bir oda verdiler geçici oda dediler, sonra yanlış anlamışsınız sizin odanız bu dediler (ingilizce hiç bilmiyorlar) zorla değiştirdim odamı. Çalışanlar her fırsatta ücret istediler, ısrarcı ve zorlayıcı oldular.
Oda Temizliği yapmadıkları bir gün söyledim temizlenmemiş odam diye söylemediniz ki dediler. Çalışanların çoğunluğu Kaba ısrarcı ve zorlayıcıydı

Praga hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is near the airport and not away by taxi from Chorsu Bazar. Staff very kind, rooms comfortable as well. If don't have time for breakfast they offer a box. Breakfast too is good

The hotel was clean, very comfortable and in a convenient location. Breakfast was delicious. I had some problems in payment and the stuff were very helpful. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time here.
Everything was good. No major issues during the stay.
