The reception double-charged my Mastercard the booking amount. They promised to refund the money to me as soon as possible. This didn't happen, even though I did remind them.

The location is relatively close to the airport which makes it ideal for uncivilised arrival and departure times. Polite, cheerful staff.

Cons:

My floor of the hotel was being re-painted meaning that one had to pass paint and ladders to get to the room: not ideal.

Meh - unremarkable
Pros:

Good selection of food at breakfast, buffet style. The service provided by Eldon, incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Unhelpful staff who didn't even leave the reception desk to help us with our bags on arrival at 2am (with the exception of Eldon who was super helpful and friendly - he's a gem).
Boiling hot rooms - no AC. We had to sleep with the window wide open. Breakfast was from 7.30, and as we were doing long day trips with early starts, it was needed, but never ready on time. Nothing would appear until at least 8. Location not ideal and no metro near by.

Останавливался здесь недавно, всё прошло отлично. Особенно хочу отметить девушку на ресепшене, Камилу. Заселила очень быстро, без лишней волокиты, ответила на все вопросы. Приятно, когда встречают с улыбкой. Спасибо!
