El onsen privado merece la pena pero es muy caro y el desayuno y cena no merecen nada la pena
Pros:

Sin duda lo del onsen privado es una experiencia muy chula, si tienes la oportunidad de ir a Hakone te lo recomiendo sobre todo para descansar después de tanto caminar por todo Japón. Estéticamente los paisajes son increíbles pero quizás sí que hubiésemos escogido otro hotel para la próxima ya que el desayuno y la cena no estaban a la altura de las estrellas y del precio que tiene.

El desayuno y la cena no estaban a la altura del precio que pagamos ni de las estrellas de este hotel. Son siempre lo mismo cada día y sinceramente a nosotros no nos gustaba ya que era casi todo precocinado.

Onsen and Tranquility
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easily walkable from both Gora Station and Chokoku no Mori Station (though closet to Gora). There was also a bus stop in front of the hotel. The best thing about v the hotel was the almost magical atmosphere created by the inviting spaces throughout. Snacks and drinks flow freely, and in the evenings, you see families curled up reading books and chatting together in the cozy library, playing card or board games in the game space. Adults chatted with their free beers and cocktails, relaxed in their yukatas after a relaxing onsen bath. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. They have private baths as well as showers in room for those who dislike communal bathing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.

Cons:

The price was not cheap but comparable to other places in the area. Would definitively go back. The area is known for its fall foliage and hydrangeas in June-July.

Traditional Hakone experience — followed by a convenience-store sandwich for dessert.
Pros:

I didn’t get a chance to experience the outdoor seating thanks to the pouring rain, but the indoor lounge and bar were excellent — atmospheric, comfortable and a great place to relax. The rooms were spacious and, I believe, fairly traditional by Japanese standards, which added to the Hakone experience.

Breakfast was very Japanese, which was interesting and authentic, although having a Western option as an alternative would have been welcome. The location is also quite convenient for exploring Hakone’s main attractions.

Cons:

Dinner was quite overpriced for what it was and finished surprisingly early. If you get hungry later in the evening, your fine-dining Hakone experience may therefore conclude with a sandwich from the local convenience store.

Posizione comodissima, colazione spettacolare, sala comune bella e pratica, staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Probabilmente perché a cavallo
Di ferragosto ma per quanto pagato 350€ a notte una doppia mi aspettavo stanza piu belle e rifinite e bagno più grande sopratutto il lavandino che era minuscolo. Pagato la metà sarebbe stato equilibrato. Una delle doppie eravamo in tre con un divano letto e ti lasciano le cose in stanza per fartelo da solo.

החדר מצויין, האוכל גרוע, יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.
Pros:

החדר (דירה) מרווח מאוד ונוח. מיקום מעולה, אוירה רגועה מאוד. אונסן נחמד.
מקבלים חלוקים להסתובב איתם באזור החופשי.
יש פינוקים באזור המשותף (גלידות, עוגות, שתיה).

Cons:

האונסן בחדר עלוב, זו אמבטיה מלאה במים.
האוכל גרוע, גם בבוקר וגם בערב. יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.

Modern onzen. Very relaxing with good amenities
Pros:

Very luxurious. One of the few onzen places that could accommodate five people in a single room. Lots of very nice amenities including massage chair, free alcohol and desserts. Two private baths which were really nice after braving the very crowded Hakone loop. Good quality food.

Cons:

Not a traditional ryokan, so even though the food quality was on par with other great ryokan, you do have to get the food yourself which does take away a little from the onzen experience. But wearing the Japanese robe during our stay was very therapeutic

No te lo puedes perder
Pros:

Todo, nos ha parecido excelente y súper cuidado. La experiencia de los Osen públicos y el disponer de privados para disfrutar con la familia es una maravilla.
Te prestan yukatas en la entrada para que sea más auténtico todo. Nos hemos pasado el día en el hotel con el yukata puesto
