L'hôtel est très agréable

Cons:

Notre chambre était un peu bruyante compte tenu du petit train et de la gare à proximité mais nous y avons bien dormi.
Je n'ai pas aimé le petit déjeuner un peu cantine mais question de goût

Pros:

Très joli hôtel. Chambres spacieuses. Personnel très sympathique et aidant.Parking gratuit juste à côté de l'hôtel.
Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. C'était top !

Pros:

- We booked the 50 sq m room, and the view from there was amazing
- We had a private little onsen in the bathroom of our room
- The room was very big (even to the EU standards), and very comfortable
- Personnel were helpful
- There is the possibility to use the private onsen located in each floor or the public one in the general area
- The hotel is very family friendly, so expect kids everywhere

Cons:

- Breakfast is only open from 7 am to 8.30 am: quite short time window especially for a resort where you are supposed to relax and recharge. We had to set the alarm early in order to have the breakfast.
- Unfortunately, waking-up early for the breakfast was not worth it. Variety was very poor: chemical juices, white sliced bread, americano coffee…
- Check out time is at 10 am :(

Great stay with a Japanese feeling
Pros:

Nice modern Japanese style rooms, plenty of space and great atmosphere. The private bath, the foot bath outside by the fire. Dinner and breakfast were just great.

Cons:

Having to carry the bag through the stairs at some point.
