Pleasant three nights in Hakone
Pros:

The library common area with free drinks and appetizers/deserts in the evening. Good breakfast and very pleasant onsen

Beautiful location, convenient for the Hakone loop, would be better if not in a condominium room.
Pros:

The very short walk from the Gora station was great. There is also a Lawson very close by. The room itself was huge and comfortable. The hot spring bath was so relaxing. Loved it. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The outlook is beautiful and peaceful. There are a couple of restaurants around but they close early. We didn't try the dinner here.

Cons:

We were in the condominium building which is not connected to the rest of the hotel. You have to go outside to get to the breakfast room, the hot spring, the library area etc so unfortunately we just didn't go as we didn't want to be running back outside in wet swimmers. So we couldn't use the facilities that we booked for comfortably. Also our room was only accessible by lift and then stairs, which is annoying with large suitcases. Our tv also didn't work at all, no reception. We had to make up our kids beds on the lounge when we arrived at night.

蠻喜歡的，會推薦親友入住
Pros:

離車站走路10分鐘。泡湯空間舒適乾淨。公共空間在固定時段有提供點心跟酒水。餐點的自助吧選項還蠻多的。房間很大，整齊乾淨。整體環境很舒適

Cons:

餐點口味普通。公共空間的地毯有點髒、設備比較老舊。總共有三棟，公共空間位在不同棟，需要走一段路。

Relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

Amazing breakfast and staff. Great private onsen in condominiums. Great facilities and free flowing snacks and drinks. Complimentary yukata is a delightful addition to the stay.

Cons:

We booked for 4 people in the condominium but two people were expected to sleep on the couch.
The bedding is not made for us which I understand but after room service they packed up all the bedding again and we had to remake the two beds. That did not make sense.

מלון חלומי בלב היער.
Pros:

מקום קסום , מפנק . בכניסה למלון נותנים לכל אורח יוקטה ( חלוק יפני ) שמכניס אותך ישר לאוירת המקום. בכל פינה יש עמדות שתיה מכל הסוגים . בשעות אחר הצהרים והערב יש עמדת נשנושים . יש פינות ישיבה מרגיעות . וכמובן אונסנים ציבוריים וגם פרטיים . המלון נמצא במרחק הליכה קצר מתחנת gora בקיצור מקום חלומי .

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מאד עשירה ומגוונת אבל לא מותאמת לתייר הישראלי . מאד התקשנו למצוא מה לאכול . לעומת זאת בערב הארוחה נהדרת ומפנקת .

Pros:

Incredible stay - baths were the main reason we stayed here and both the private and the public baths were amazing.
Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese and western options.
We paid extra for massages which were exactly what was needed after travelling to Hakone.
So many additional treats that this venue goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Our only gripe was that you have to either wait for the private baths or get super lucky on timing as there are only two and they’re almost always in use
