Mooi hotel, fijne onsen
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, schoon, comfortabele grote kamers. Onsen is top! Heel lekker eten, arrangement ontbijt plus diner is echt aan te raden.

Great value for money!!!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel and friendly helpful staff to assist with whatever we needed.

A great modernised ryokan with loads of amenities
Pros:

The amenities are awesome. The public Onsen was fairly spacious and clean, and there were 2 separate baths with different temperatures so you could choose from either hot or very hot! There are several lounges that you can relax in, and one that provides a reading space. Some of the lounges feature unlimited drinks and free flowing alcohol / beer during the night, as well as snacks and sweets, ice cream.

The ryokan is conveniently located within short walking distance of the train station. However you will need to walk up a very steep hill to get to the closest konbini. There are not many restaurants that are open past 5pm in the vicinity.

Breakfast is excellent and well worth the price.

Cons:

The staff are new and inexperienced, and one foreign worker even struggled a little with basic Japanese but I didn't have any issues with checking in, they just took a little longer than usual with the computer system.

Dinner option is expensive as it is a buffet, and you might want to skip it if you're not a big eater.

There is only 1 private hot spring for use, one for each gender. It is free for anyone to use up to 30 minutes at a time but it's a little disappointing that there is only one for the entire facility.

Hotel maravilhoso para uma experiência japonesa em Hakone!
Pros:

Excelente localização perto da estação de Gora, quarto grande e confortável com café da manhã japonês maravilhoso! O banheiro coletivo, banho de pé no jardim e cerveja e lanche inclusos potencializaram a experiência no hotel.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais variedade de frutas no café da manhã.

Super emplacement, services et personnel. Nous recommandons cet hébergement pour visiter Hakone et ses environs. Nous avons profité du déjeuner (très complet), d’un massage et des nombreux snacks/boissons offerts. Nous avons également apprécié la bibliothèque. Très propre comme lieu.

Cons:

Les oreillers n’étaient vraiment pas confortables.
La zone massage pourrait être plus éloigné de l’aire de jeu des enfants (ça rendait ça beaucoup moins relaxant).
