Fall view の部屋を取っても滝はほぼめ見えない。滝を綺麗に見たければ、チェックインは早めに!!
Pros:

朝食バイキングは、メニューも眺めも良くメニューも豊富で楽しめました。バイキング会場のスタッフも感じのよい接客でした。

Cons:

滝が見える部屋で予約していたのですが、3階の部屋に案内され、3階は窓の外にデッキの手すりがあり、その手すりに滝はほぼ隠れてしまってほとんど部屋からは見えませんでした。部屋に入った直後、滝が見えないので変えて貰えないかとホテルのスタッフに電話したら、私たちの到着が遅かったので、4階以上の部屋は全て埋まっていて、3階しか空きはないと言われて、渋々電話切りました。確かに到着は夜9時頃になってしまいましたが、バルコニーの手すりでほぼ滝が見えない部屋を滝の見える部屋として案内するのはいかがなものかと思ってしまいました。せめて滝の見える部屋は4階以上としていれば、防げることだと思いました。

Great room with amazing view. I loved the bathtub
Pros:

Great stay overall. Premiere king room has big windows facing both waterfalls. There is a shower and bathtub open on the room. The room is big, with comfy seating area. And the staff at reception was really pro and friendly at the same time, I loved it.

Cons:

Some tiny dirty in the shower corners but nothing too bad. There could be some soap next to the bathtub as there is none nearby.

Vista delle cascate eccezionale. Ottima posizione per partecipare alle escursioni. La nostra stanza era molto grande e panoramica.

Cons:

Pur essendo un ottimo hotel lo standard, a parità di categoria, non è quello degli alberghi europei.

Sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Fälle. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut (leider kein Cappuccino). Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz war sehr teuer.
