Stay was great, not having a bottle of water in the room was unkind
Pros:

Location. Room and Beds very comfortable . Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Room could be supplied with at least a bottle of water. Given the price for a room, and that it being a Marriott Brand, to not provide even one bottle of water in the room, was quite miserly on the part of the Hotel. It felt like I was being “nickled and dimed”, especially since buying a bottle of water at the hotel was priced extremely high!! Why would Marriott want to project this image? Very disappointing!

Pros:

The view from the room on 14Th floor was stunning

Cons:

1) Quality of basic amenities such as phone instrument had to be replaced , lamp needed to be replaced
2)bathroom door was out of its tracks, had to be fixed
3) no garbage bags
4) no Kettles
5) Vallet parking $70.00 was supposed to be $50 for disability as per the other mariott across the street , and our marriott denied- no consistencey
5) AC was too loud, couldn't sleep
6) Breakfast had limited vegetarian choices
7) Tv is not a smart TV and we live in 2026 AI world- Marriott is charging for movies $24.99 plus taxes- what a great way of ripping guests off

Bottom line: for the name and reputation MARRIOTT carries , they failed to deliver the standard of the service and quality. EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED. They failed to provide any solution other than waiving parking fee. I do not recommend this property to anyone who is looking for quality and services. ESPECIALLY ANYONE WHO IS VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN. PLS use different property.

I wish I knew how they operate to find a better place to stay

View of the falls

Cons:

It was not clean. The curtains were not wash for years you could see dust. Their fridge was broken and they had to change it 3 times. They forgot our request for cribs. There is a long wait time to check in or even talk to them. So basically adding one more extra day to your trip just because how the facility is and operated

The room service not good at all I had to go to the front desk to ask if they do clean up every day it was arround 4 pm already and nothing they said that we declined the room service but they never showed up so for the price I guess for the price we paid the minimum they could do was clean our room but besides of that it is a good option great view
