חדר עם נוף למפלים משגע
奔着想从酒店房间里看到瀑布，才选择了此酒店的瀑景房。结果位置还是有点偏了。
我订房时就已支付了早餐费用的（三位），但入住后次日用餐时，只认可给予2位的早餐，另1人的早餐费现场支付。这完全是额外强制被迫多交了费用。好在事后通过沟通，由booking出面给予解决了。
The view.
No microwave, no drinkable water, AC wasn't functioning properly, and the bathroom had no ventilation.
The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and had a splendid view of the Falls.
The swimming pool was below average. There was no potable water in the room. The only source of drinking water was in the lobby. Every time you needed water you got to go to lobby to fill your bottle. There should be water facility arleast on every floor. There was no kettle in the room and had to ask for it. The milk provided in the room was vegan type and I wonder why regular milk was not available for tea or coffee.

We upgraded to fall view and the view was amazing
The room smelled dirty, bathroom door was off the hinges, the AC did not work 2 nights in a row, bathroom fan did not work and the pool and hot tub was dirty and there were no clean towels, only used pool once!! Extremely disappointed for the price we we paid

Highly recommend booking a high floor Falls view room
Newly bought hotel but old furniture and appliances. Staff not fully coordinated with hotel policies. Housekeeping staff not fully trained or working too hard and fast as no two rooms of the same price and on the same floor had same amenities as they forgot to keep the same facilities like water bottles, shaving kit, toothbrushes etc. moreover where and why on earth can a hotel like Marriott refuse to give 2 new water bottles the next day saying the customer can use water from tap or come downstairs and fill water from the jugs opp. reception desk in the old water bottles. What if the customer only drinks water from mineral water bottles due to medical reasons? Please stop using the almost same name bluff with the customers filling the newly bought old hotel first and then using your best views hotel with the premium price.
Wir hatten die Unterkunft wegen des Blicks auf die Niagara Falls gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Blick ist großartig. Zusätzlich waren die Betten extrem bequem und das Frühstück sehr gut. Ein toller Aufenthalt der uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird!
