La vue sur les chutes fait l'intérêt de cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable et serviable.
Le Milestone dans le restaurant propose une cuisine qui n'est pas de niveau.
Qui arrive encore à rater des pâtes ? Seules les frites étaient bonne.
Le petit déjeuner était correct malgré des œufs brouillés très secs.
Pour une famille de 4 la salle de bain à peine séparée de la chambre par une poete coulissante ne laisse aucune intimité pour les toilettes.
The price was good
Extra charge for everything, $50 a night for parking, $15 a night for internet, $30 for a pull out bed.
The location itself is good; however, the service did not match the price I paid for the night. For 500 US dollars, I expected a much higher standard of service. At breakfast, I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, even though half the restaurant was empty; the staff was slow in performing their duties.
For a rate of 500 US dollars per night in Europe, I expected high standards—featuring modern, extensive spa facilities and prime locations.I get the impression that 70 percent of what I paid was just for the view of the waterfall; the rest was a disappointment.

Ubicación excelente
Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con la persona del check in. No nos dieron la habilitación cuando llegamos. Regresamos a las 2 horas y seguíamos sin habitación (6pm) nos dieron un upgrade, fuimos a instalarnos y Estaba ocupada por otra familia. Finalmente nos entregaron una 3ra habitación. Nos hicieron otro upgrade que se agradece mucho, pero pasamos un muy mal e incómodo momento.

Soap & lotion smelled awful
TheJunior presidential suite was amazing. We had 4 adults so we paid 30 dollars extra for a campbed.
The view on the 12th floor was awesome!!!.
