It was okay
Pros:

I liked how clean it was

Cons:

I was at room 1902 and our room was right beside this room people kept going in and out. The door kept slamming and waking up my baby at night. I went to the hotel for a relaxing stay but due to us being next to that room my bay kept waking up to the slamming door and it was the worst 2 nights of my life. Maybe get a lining for the door so you don’t hear it slamming constantly

Nice hotel but look out for charges
Pros:

They took 2 x £19.21 out of my account within hours of checking in and also money for a meal for our 2 rooms, which we were told would not be due until checkout, our friend was buying the meal, the lady at the desk said it's only pending but 3 days later, it's still pending

Cons:

The fact that the hotel automatically took money from my account with out explanation or asking

Great view and super friendly staff! Worth it!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular! Glad the hot tub was open late for adult enjoyment too!

Cons:

There were lots of kids enjoying the pool so I needed to wait until late in the evening for use of the hot tub.

Clean, friendly staff

Cons:

You pay so much for a hotel and they can’t provide free parking at least one vehicle per room. Thats absurd. Probably another way they earn extra in Niagara is parking big time
