Pros:

Great view of the falls. Breakfast was great - many food options, but most of the seats in the dining area are directly in the sun, so it's very warm and quite unpleasant without any shade. The location is great, but it's a good 20-25 minute walk from the hotel down to the viewing area (unless you decide to pay for the funicular). Overnight parking was $35 USD which was a great rate - the parking covers you until 4:00pm the next day which is very convenient.

Staying at the hotel
Pros:

I loved room service and the staff they had and also the views were beautiful and amazing it all looked really beautiful and I was able to extend another day for my stay and they were able to offer me the same price which is great overall I liked it

Cons:

I didn't like some off the staff there and my room key didn't work most of the time and I had to keep chancing them which was such inconvenience and also I was told to pay at checkout but also on their end the lady made a mistake of not asking method of payment which kept causing my room key not too work I didn't get any apology for this inconvenience but overall it was okay I guess and room service asking for anything other than food to come takes forever

No one came to clean the room, the beds were undone & the shower gel dispenser was not refilled
Cons:

The staff never came to clean our room, do the beds, or refill the shower gel dispenser that was empty. When we arrived at 5 pm from the falls, someone tried to open the door, I guess to clean the room, but it was kind of too late
