Good stay in a good location
Pros:

Decent sized room with good views of Niagara's Horseshoe Falls if you're facing it, and you're high enough (I was on the 15th floor). Room is a little dated with some material and appliance wear and tear, but were all still working well. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeepers.

It is also a short walk (5 minutes) from the Niagara Incline Railway, a short ride of 2-3 minutes which takes you directly to Table Rock Centre and the viewing deck of Horseshoe Falls. As an alternative, the WeGo bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. Decent eateries around as well.

Une vue imprenable ! Services annexes chacun jugera.

L avoir de 19 $ donné à l acceuil, à la prise de clé, pour inciter à prendre le petit déjeuner dans l un des restaurants.
Résultats, en commandant 1 café capuccino, la serveuse dépose d emblé une petite cafetière, puis notre commande.
Sur la facture 6,50 $ facturé en plus pour la petite cafetière non commandé.
Un bon trompe couillons.
Bilan, les 3 capuccinos + la petite cafetière, restait à notre charge 23$ , avoir déduit.

The vibes in the hotel was so miserable we will never return

All the staff I approached asking for information or help, they all come out with I don’t know. Never been to a hotel like this before. There was no tea cups in the room just some ugly plastic paper ones for a room like,it was terrible. Only a bed and a small table. The hotel is overcharging for what you getting. (Nothing just the view) we paid over £500 for two nights. We had ladybirds coming out of the window. I called the reception they said he was sending someone out but no one came I called twice. My little boy was so scared to go near the window after seeing them. No water in the room. We wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, would leave you feeling neglected. The hotel has ruined my experience of Niagara Falls, which I was looking forward to for over 20 years.

Pros:

Wir waren im 27. Stock und hatten eine unglaubliche Aussicht direkt auf die Wasserfälle. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, mit Kaffeebereiter, Kühlschrank und kleinem Sofa.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Breakfast was already included and fully paid for, yet the staff kept pressuring us to leave tips, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.
