Great hotel
Pros:

Looking at this hotel, there are a few low reviews but honestly this place was great. It was a standard room with a desk, clean, friendly reception staff. We booked this hotel well in advanced, so got a great price and breakfast included. We even checked out before breakfast time and were given a bag of food to take with us. Communal area was great too with microwave and fridge!

Cons:

Only negative is no aircon so room was quite hot.

The property was well located in interlaken.

Cons:

We were in room 401 which felt like an add on/loft conversion. Our room stayed at 29 degrees every day and night and we were given a standing fan to try and combat this. The window did not have a proper blind or curtain so light poured in from the early hours adding to the temperature of the room.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the hotel was loud with slamming doors way past the 10pm request for quiet and starting again from 5 or 6am.

We had paid for breakfast but with the room being so hot, we just needed to escape and therefore didn’t use this.

Pros:

Overall we had a very good stay here. The room was comfortable, the property was clean, and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in if you enjoy very soft, cozy mattresses.

The only downside was that staff came across a bit rude at times. For example, I politely asked for some ice around 1 PM and was abruptly told no because the restaurant was not open yet. We also felt the staff at breakfast could be somewhat snappy.

That said, aside from the customer service interactions, the stay itself was enjoyable. If you prefer softer beds, you will probably love it here. If you prefer a firmer mattress, you may want to consider another property.

A great hotel and staff in a very convenient location to access everything in Interlaken. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location, breakfast was great and in a lovely room, staff were very friendly and helpful, luggage storage, tea & coffee in room, the lounge area for guest use and little treats.

Cons:

The bed was rather small and room a bit noisy above a car park. Unfortunately it was rather hot so the windows had to be open so the noise was more evident.

Great location, friendly staff, and decent amenities
Pros:

Check in and check out was smooth, and the hotel provided a fan in the room on the second day of our stay since it was quite hot in Interlaken. We didn't have to ask for it and this was a game changer. We had a refreshing sleep that night.
The breakfast menu was diverse and excellent for the price we paid.
The wifi was working fine, although this was what most people had complained about in the reviews.

Couldn't find anything to complain about.

El hotel sencillo, pero con absolutamente todo lo indispensable, sala de estar para cenar con microondas, heladera, mesas. Lugar cálido y a pasos del centro.
