Location was easy to reach, good staff, good breakfast - lot of goodies provide in the common area for guest. They provided us with portable AC which was of great help and life saver from heat.
Beds were small.
A close walk to everything in the city centre, but also nice and quiet of an evening. Beds are really comfortable and room was spacious. The included breakfast had a good variety!

A good spot if you're overnighting in Interlaken or staying for a couple of days. Good location in the centre of Interlaken, with an easy walk to Interlaken West train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful in allowing us to leave some bagage while we went hiking for 4 days. A good breakfast in the morning, especially when you need a full belly for hiking. The hot pot restaurant in the hotel is also very good for a family dinner. The hotel is in a older building with a lot of charm, but the rooms are a bit dated.
Some rooms have air conditioning and some don't - check with the hotel. Also, the shutters in our room were difficult to open fully to allow a breeze through. The building is a classical one with a lot of charm, but I think this also makes it difficult for them to modernise the rooms, but this is a common challenge for hoteliers in Europe.
Good location. There is one staff member who is from spain and has red / ginger hair, she was absolutely lovely and amazing and honestly, made the place. However ever other staff member was very rude and moody.
we asked them not to come into our room with the door sign and they came in anyway and removed the curtains halfway through the stay so that the room was fully bright until 9pm and then again from 5am.

es hat keine Klimaanlage und es war 28 Grad, ein Ventilator hat es ein wenig gemildert aber die ganze Nacht ein Gesurr und du wirst nur angeblasen. Ich habe ihn wieder ausgeschaltet. 🤭

Necesita una renovación total. Lo único que estaba bien es el baño. Sin aire acondicionado en agosto y con la calor que ha hecho es difícil dormir con comodidad. Las camas son de madera y cruge todo mientras te mueves para dormir.
Struttura centrale anche se di vecchia data, potrebbe essere aggiornata un po'.
Dovrebbero migliorare il comfort del letto, in particolare i cuscini. Avevano una forma strana e irregolare che ci ha fatto venire il torcicollo.
Aria condizionata assente, ma trovandosi in montagna è bastato lasciare le finestre aperte per rinfrescarsi .
