Tired hotel needs money invested in it , around the grounds like a dumping grounc of rubbish

Great family-friendly beach resort
Pros:

Great medium-sized resort with its own private beach and two excellent pools (one for adults and another for children). The management staff, particularly Ola, was great and very responsive. I would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, but acceptable given the price point.

Pros:

We enjoyed everything about our stay.
The hotel is in a perfect location with a private beach very close just 2 minutes walk
The breakfast was so so good with a wide variety continental breakfast
The room was just good and prefect
The reception from every staff member was perfect, the hospitality was top notch
we definitely enjoyed our visit next year Will definitely come again

La vue est magnifique, la piscine au top et l'accès à la plage privée incroyable.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and when trying to pay, we were informed that cards are not acceptable, just cash.

We absolutely loved the hotel, swimming pool, beach and the friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

We spent nearly a week at the Bahamas Hotel and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to assist to making our stay enjoyable. The hotel has a fantastic swimming pool and its own private beach. The views out to the sea were stunning and so relaxing to look at. It has a garden to sit out in which is nice in the evenings. The food was nice and available for most of the day and evening. The location is great as it is quiet and away from the noise and busyness of Saranda town centre. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

The transport system is very poor to get to the hotel but this is not the responsibility of the hotel. In Saranda you have to get a taxi everywhere as the buses seem to be none existent adding to the cost. The hotel will arrange their own taxi service into town at a reduced rate which was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was horrible, outdated, and the pictures are not true to what we saw when we got there. It’s dirty, run down. The staff were incredibly rude. If you pay for a steak dinner you expect to get steak.

Magnifique hôtel avec plage privée
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, tenu par une famille très accueillante, avec une ambiance conviviale. Mention spéciale à l’une des sœurs, extrêmement gentille et attentionnée. L’hôtel est très propre, parfaitement entretenu et dispose de tout sur place : restaurant, petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Rien à redire, un séjour parfait.

Pros:

The big pool was a plus and very enjoyable. We thought the private beach will be a plus too, however during our stay for one week, the weather was always very windy and the waves at the beach was wild and we left without being able to use the beach. Lastly, one of the few pros was the location being between Saranda and Ksamil. If you have a car, you can easily travel around.

Cons:

The rooms were run-down and requires immediate maintenance. I guess because of the location of the room, there was a constant food smell in the balcony of the room coming from the kitchen below. I had a hard time of sleeping for a couple of nights because of the noise coming from the neighboring rooms AC. Sound isolation was poor and we could hear everything happening in the corridors or the room upstairs. The breakfast was not good ut modest at best. With this price range, I believe there are better options to consider in the region.

Chouette hôtel entre Saranda et Ksamil, au calme
Pros:

Chouette piscine, salée et profonde, avec transat et plage privée

Nous étions au 6eme étage avec vue mer, le point de vue est splendide

Emplacement au calme de la ville, idéal pour visiter Saranda et Ksamil

Le restaurant (pizzas et salades testés) est bon et appréciable (comme l’hôtel est excentré, il n’y a pas d’autres solutions pour manger quand on rentre tard ou fatigué)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné est peu varié et accessible jusqu’à 9h30 pétante !! Passé cette heure (même pour un café, c’est non!)

L’eau de la douche était froide la soir, nous nous a demandé de pendre notre douche plus tôt !!!
