En plein cœur du vieux quartier. Chambre côté rue donc animée et personnel sympa et souriant.

Bruyant mais bon c'est les vacances.

De locatie is middenin het stadsdeel.

Cons:

De kamer, maar dit wisten we op voorhand. Er was amper een doorgang om naar de linkerkant te gaan. Kamer was echt te klein.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, with the lake just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the area. Special thanks to Bryan, who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay

Pros:

location is conveniet, very near to the lake and there are many restaurant surronding the hotel. the Hotel staff Bryan is very helpful and helped to arrange the tours for Sapa and Ha Long Bay.

Great location, great staff and average facilities (price is reflective of this)
Pros:

Location was amazing and hotel is what you'd expect. It's a good place to rest your head but cleanliness and facilities are average. Staff are very nice and helpful as we had a leak in our room which was fixed within a few hours. Bed was huge to the point it could fit 4 people. Would recommend if you're on a budget and staying a few nights.

Cleanliness was average (some products look like they had not been cleaned to well like the slippers and towels) and products provided (e.g. no hand towel provided)

Pros:

Emplacement idéal.
Personnel chaleureux , compétent .
Etablissement à l'hygiène irréprochable. Chambre sans fénêtre mais très agréable , car déco sympa, et chambre spacieuse .

Cons:

Pas de climatisation à l'arrivée , mais le personnel a fait ce qu'il falait pour rétablir la panne au plus vite .

Pros:

Keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel - there are a lot of reviews that don't seem to understand what a 3 star hotel is and are expecting something different.
With that in mind I found the room clean and the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The location is great right in the action of the old quarter and near the lake.

Cons:

Shower was a little difficult to figure out. Noisy air con. some of the decor is a little rough around the edges.
