Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel

Love this place Bryan the customer service manager was excellent really went out of his way to make sure that me and my family were comfortable. I also left my backpack in the lobby while I was checking out. He brought it to the airport and delivered it to me. Thank you, Bryan.

BEWARE do not book this hotel.
1 there are many other hotels nearby with better quality, better rooms and better service for 1/2 the price. no hand towels, no amenities in bathroom.
2 scams. the pics of rooms are not accurate to reality. when we arrived our “quad room” was simply a normal room with 4 single beds crammed together even though the reservation had 3 adults and 1 15yr old child. the pics depicted 2 separate rooms each with 2 queen or 2 double beds spread out. we had to purchase a second room because they couldn’t accommodate our original reservation
3 noise and room quality is terrible. we stayed on the 3rd and 5th floor and chickens, animals noises could be heard from outside. windows did NOT have blinds or curtains so light would awake us very early in the morning. beds were extremely firm like sleeping on bamboo and not a cushioned mattress
4 THERE IS NO POOL. Expedia listed a pool for this hotel which was a primary reason we booked this particular stay.
5 receptionist lie and cheat, will quote currency exchange rates then provide a lower rate when actually exchanging money. so we got less money back then we agreed.
6 no roof top cafe as listed in ad, no restaurant, no cafe or coffee or food anywhere to purchase in the hotel. there are nearby restaurants.

in short if you want a 1 star motel stay or hostel stay at very expensive prices.

i would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location was perfect for staying in the old quarter. Lake and night market so close.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Soo booked us an amazing day trip. Can’t wait to stay here again later in the year. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so memorable

The location is very good and there are many choices of the delicious breakfast.

還好訂了有陽台的房間、不然房間真的太窄了很不習慣、早餐有menu可以免費點、現做的很不錯、第一晚感覺沒換床單、後2晚倒是整理的不錯、有小費還是有差⋯😂

Centrally located hotel to see all the sights of Hanoi in the old quarter.

Friendly welcoming staff on arrival - greeted with fruit and a drink. Tasty Breakfast . Helpful receptionist pointing out places of interest. Chose to stay in deluxe room with view of lake.

Definitely will came back to this hotel if I back to Hanoi. Everything was perfect. Staff really humble and have a good english, they will explain to you about good restaurant. Thank you to everything.

The room is so cleaned and look like antique. Most of all, breakfast is better than we expect. They provided fruits and main dished also. Location is so near with all the place you want to be. Staffs are so proactively helping guests

The staff here are so caring and friendly. They offered us a room upgrade to facilitate our heavy luggages and different exclusive services during our visit in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

It’s my first time in Hanoi and the hotel was exactly the place I need - 1 min walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, helpful hotel personnel, beautiful room and lovely combination of Vietnamese with Western breakfast. I’d recommend this place to everyone as it’s a hidden jewel in the area, would gladly stay here again next time when I am in Hanoi.

These people are really wonderful. Nothing was a problem to them. Always smiling, and always attentive. The hotel was in a great location for exploring Hanoi and obviously the 'Old Town' in particular. Rooms were big and spacious. Located in the heart of the old quarter and within walking distance of all the sights tourists are likely to want to see and some excellent street food outlets, the area although typically busy and chaotic as you come to expect from Hanoi, still felt safe to be able to wonder around both during the day and at night.. The breakfasts served were more than adequate and provided a varied choice to suit all tastes.Would I stay there again? Certainly !!

crowd of foreigners and locals, beef rice noodle and convenience store co-exist
efficiently in the myriad of narrow roads.Historic "Hoan Kiem Lake","Statue of King Ly Thai To" and"Hoa Lo Prison" dubbed Hanoi Hilton during Vietnam War Era
are just a stone's throw away from the hotel . Staffs were very kind, helpful and spoke good English. The Hotel provides pick-up and see-off services to and from airport
at reasonable prices and safety than taxi scammer . Room rates start from US$ 55 per night, representing good value of money. If one of your purposes of trip is to experience real local culture, I recommed to stay here.Of course, I will return to Hanoian Lakeside .

We spent 1 night in this great hotel with their location at Old Quarter Street. It's very convenient for us to shop & walk around. Their rooms is very nice, spacious & clean. For me, their super comfy bed I liked the most. Overall the staff are very friendly & politely. Thanks to Justin for her good hospitality service to us, he just promote to Front Office Manager and his owner absolutely to proud of him.This hotel can allowed us to leave our luggage & our some souvenirs things at their lobby with FOC (they will definitely take care of your things).Definitely will come back to this hotel next time & highly recommend to families & friends.

We were very impressed by the service at this lovely hotel. Cúc, Justin and the rest of the staff were fantastic! Always ready to help, give advice and organise whatever you need. I was travelled with my fiance and It was his birthday during our stay here and the hotel made his day extra special with a lovely surprise in our room when we got back from the day's outing . The room Honeymoon Balcony was very spacious and clean. Lovely ! The location is great and we could easily explore Hanoi by foot from here. We would highly recommend this hotel !

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. After came back from Ha Long Bay, Cúc was waiting for us at the entrance, pick our bags and tell us she want upgraded us to the Hanoian Suite on the hotel block B which was lovely, spacious, bright and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable! Extra living room with 2 smart TV. Shout out for Cuc for all her doing for our vacation. Overall great location and will stay here again when in Hanoi !

This is a brand new beautiful hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It's not too big but warm and hospitable enough to make us feel like staying at home. What I love about this hotel is the location which is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market and convenient to explore the Old Quarter. Bonus is the restaurant, simple design but the food they serve was amazing, me and my husband can order as much as I want. Would I come back? Yes, of course and I would highly recommend this hotel .
