O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, localização excelente, no coração de gramado! O atendimento da equipe, supera expectativas, todos, sem exceções, estão sempre com um sorriso no rosto, prontos pra te atender. Você se sente em um ambiente aconchegante, com cuidado em cada detalhe e que faz a estadia ser diferenciada.
Já viajamos por muitos hotéis, mas o fioreze tem um carinho por cada hóspede e você sai já querendo voltar.

Gostei de tudo. Hotel maravilhoso, com localização perfeita. Funcionários acima da média, muito educados e sempre prontos a resolver os problemas. Todos os meus pedidos foram prontamente aceitos. O café da manhã, um show à parte, inclusive com um setor exclusivo para os intolerantes à lactose. Boa limpeza, bom ambiente, e ainda um maravilhoso chocolate quente todas as tardes. Recomendo muito! Sem críticas a fazer. Já tenho esse lugar no coração.
