OLD TOWN BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Posizione ottima a 100 metri dal centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto all'albergo o nei dintorni secondo la disponibilità dei posti. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere strade piuttosto strette. Il titolare è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica e soddisfa ogni necessità. Ottima e varia la colazione. La camera sulla strada è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di motorini ma al secondo giorno ci si abitua.

Distinguished landlord pays attention to details, e.g. sophisticated a/c where you don‘t catch a cold while sleeping. Recommended to persons seeking a quiet base to explore the old town. Although the rooms are near to the harbour you should take a taxi as the whole old town is located on steep hills. Breakfast in a lovely yard.

Owners are very warm. Feeling like home. Great breakfast and at the heart of the old city.

It was so pleasant staying at this hotel. Great location. Wonderful and kind owners. We also loved their dog who kept watch over the property. Wonderful!

El alojamiento esta bien, bien decorado pero me parece muy caro para lo que ofrece.

En la habitación habia muchos mosquitos, nos impidió dormir bien y el wifi no funcionaba.

The host went out of his way to be helpful and let us to stay beyond the normal checkout time. This saved us as it was very hot and we could rest a bit in the afternoon and take a shower. He also found us a taxi to visit the sites.

The owner and his wife have made a beautiful space, in easy walking distance of everything, and pleasantly quiet. Beautifully decorated.

This is a really cozy family establishments. It's really clean and the people running the Hotel are very profesional and friendly!

Great location, bit of a hill to get to the hotel though. Nice host, spoke English, good breakfast, clean roo.s. Only downside was the beds are hard and our room was small.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Altstadt von Kuşadası. Sie wird von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Ehepaar geführt. Zu unserem Buchungspaket gehörte ein hervorrahendes landestypisches Frühstück, das wir im idyllischen Innhof des Gebäudes genossen haben.

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt ermöglicht es die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Hafen befindet sich in nur 10 Minuten Entfernung.
Das Zimmer selbst befand sich in einem tadellosen und sauberen Zustand.

Aufgrund des gastfreundlichen Service und einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann ich diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Everything was nice and as we expected in the website

Absolute gem set in old town could not ask for better.Run by husband and wife who could not do enough for you. So friendly like staying in your best friend's home. Small but has very thing you need could not recommend highly enough Rooms so neat and clean.

Overall, the accommodation was fairly good. Unfortunately, there were some issues with regards to coffee. The room wasn't supplied with either coffee or a kettle. Instead, a bottle of decanted instant coffee and a kettle was placed in the common breakfast area. I asked the owner if this for guests to use at any time, and he replied "yes" however with extra charge. I found this very unprofessional and mean.
On checkout I was informed that I had drank 8 cups of coffee during my 2 days stay and was asked to pay an additional 200 Turkish. I was totally taken aback by the fact that he had been watching me drink coffee at breakfast (there was not accounting system), and secondly being asked to pay for my coffee at breakfast, when the accommodation was inclusive of breakfast. I refused to pay as at no other hotel had I been asked to pay for my coffee in all my stays in Turkey. The owner eventually accepted my objection.

A very neat and cozy hotel. Very clean room. The owner cares to provide the best service. Breakfast in the backyard is lovely. And the location is great with all the shops and restaurants around. It deserves the 5 star rating.
