Warm and friendly place to stay, really cosy rooftop lounge and amazing staff.
Pros:

Really nice staff, great support and service from beginning to end. We felt really positive about asking questions and requesting help and were never disappointed. I genuinely don't think they could have done more to make us feel welcome and supported. Thank you.

Cons:

I think the room we had is close to the road which is busy at night especially on Fridays and Saturdays. I expected this and it really wasn't a huge issue but it could have been flagged earlier. The room door was glass with thick curtains over it which was a bit disconcerting because it didn't feel as secure as a solid door would.

Great location in a beautiful historic building located in the Gaslamp district.
Pros:

The Suite provided ample room and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the city. The staff was above and beyond accommodating.

Relaxing and safe!
Pros:

Perfect place to stay, hotel is near all restaurants and bars! Location is great! We love staying here, second time starting 2026. Staff is great, front desk, housekeeping, everyone was so nice and welcoming! We absolutely love this hotel.
