Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig an einem See, eine Küche mit Kühl und Gefrierkombination ist vorhanden, das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, das Hard Rock Stadium ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt, ideal zum Besuch des Formel 1 Rennens

Cons:

This property isn’t a hotel. It’s like low-income housing efficiency apartments or dorm room. The majority of people staying here, live here. There were homeless people outside as well. It’s very odd because the area is decent but it was so bad that I canceled my reservation after the first night. The person at the front desk was understanding and didn’t even question why I was canceling the reservation, which tells me they are aware. But for people traveling from out of the area who may be expecting an actual hotel accommodation, this is NOT it! For the rate they charge, it’s not worth it. The front desk closes all night and there’s a metal gate until they open the next morning. You also must bring your own toiletries, we had to take a shower with shampoo.

The elevator wasn't working. I'm disabled and was forced to climb down 3 flights of stairs.

The front desk was very cooperative in changing me grom the third floor to the first.
