I love the people at front desk. They are so friendly.
Pros:

That no body bothers you cause we were there for work for my husband was working and I was staying in the room. It was good that nobody you were trying to get in or nothing.

I wouldn’t stay to that location again & wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

The location that’s it literally

Cons:

It wasn’t stink & dirty throughout the hallway…. No type of freshness or cleanliness. I had only a sheet NOT a blanket. Yall charge for breakfast instead of it being free

Stayed there because our flight was canceled out of Miami; we just got back from a cruise.
Pros:

There was a weird banging noise that nobody could explain
Water was not hot long enough for a bath
Gaps between tub and wall should be filled in

I had a place to stay that was not on the floor of the airport

Cons:

There is no hot water it was tepid if if that the kitchenette did not have any supplies such as plates silverware anything of that nature there was no stand to put my luggage on a dog that was in the facility had a bowel movement in front of the elevator which was not working until much later and the owner picked it up but there was no sanitation behind it for the price that was paid I don't think that there was quality when I arrived there was nobody at the front desk and the phone to reach staff was broken so I had to use my personal phone to make a phone call to try to reach somebody to check into the hotel when I was going out I tried to find somebody at the desk there was nobody at the desk and they were several key cards laying on the front desk of people that have checked out. The elevator was later fixed but again that's you know neither here nor there but not having hot water for a shower or a hair dryer as amenities things like that

Staff members was pleasant.

Cons:

AC unit runs loud. Pillows very flat. Headache and neck pain resulted from poor support of pillows. Bed hard. Pain up all over our body. Blanket( thin like a sheet). No comfort enjoyed during our stay. Room was cleaned with a lot of bleach. The smell was so strong. Elevator wasn’t working.
