Pros:

Check-in flessibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nel deposito anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Staff non presente in struttura ma facilmente contattabile tramite la chat di booking.

Fantastic location and we
Pros:

The room was great and comfortable. The shared kitchen is modern and had everything you could need. The location was spot on for us allowing us to stay local for food and drink or exploring further into the city.

Cons:

Some of the fittings in our bathroom were a little worn and in need of either repair or replacement. Shower taps very loose and hanging off wall quite a bit. Sink tap was also quite worn and tired.

I enjoyed the location but the room was not worth the price.
Pros:

Very clean room. Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The beds were so small. Only one flimsy pillow per bed. No ventilation so at night the room got very stuffy.

Nulla hanno reso il mio soggiorno bruttissimo ! Orribile

Abbiamo trovato la stanza piena di polvere molto fredda abbiamo fatto prenotazione senza rimborso e purtroppo non sono stata rimborsata avevo prenotato per 5 giorni circa ma gia dalla prima sera me ne sono andata perché il bagno era pieno di silicone vecchio ammuffito piastrelle sporche lavandino che fra poco cedeva a terra ! Tutto pieno di polvere letto lenzuola tutto !
La donna delle pulizie mi disse se non volevi la polvere non prenotavi la camera con la terrazza 🤣🤣 no comment pure a casa mia ho una terrazza e non trovarai manco un filo di polvere !
Ma ne sono andata e ho prenotato un altra stanza in un altro posto sempre nelle vicinanze ed è stato tutto super favoloso !

On a passé un séjour très agréable aussi bien dans les ruelles de Séville que dans l’appartement
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à 15mn de la cathédrale, facilité d’accès , ascenseur, cuisine commune avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et conserver des aliments au frais, petite piscine sur le toit que nous n’avons pas utilisée.

Cons:

La propreté dans la salle de bain , la baie vitrée ne pouvait pas être fermée

Centrale Unterkunft mit großes Sicherheits Problem

Cons:

Zur Begrüßung gibt es nur einen warmen Weißwein ohne Gläser und ohne Korkenzieher. Wasser gibt es nicht...schade.
Ebenfalls hat die Unterkunft ein großes Sicherheits Problem. Nach der Registrierung bekommt man eine fremde WhatsApp wo mann aufgefordert wird noch einmal zu Zahlen und seine Kreditkarte zu bestätigen. Ebenfalls heißt es in der RegistrierungApp, dass man 100 Euro als Sicherheit zahlen muss sonst wird der Tür Code nicht angezeigt. Jedoch wird er auch ohne Bezahlung angezeigt. Ebenfalls bekamen wir über die Bookingapp vom Hotel die gleichen Aufforderung.
Bitte alles ignorieren!!! Verunsicherung in drei Bereiche!!!

Pros:

Ottima posizione centralissima, si fa tutto praticamente a piedi. Abbiamo preso giusto un paio di volte Uber a fine giornata perché eravamo dall'altra parte di Siviglia ed eravamo stanchi

Cons:

La camera non viene rifatta tutti i giorni, abbiamo capito il secondo giorno che andava richiesto.
Il bagno era veramente minuscolo e c'era parecchia polvere in stanza.
La biancheria era pulita.

posizione abbastanza comoda dietro la seta, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla cattedrale, camera spaziosa, con un buon bagno, entrata comoda inserendo i codici sia all'entrata del palazzo che della camera

Cons:

bisognava inserire un'ulteriore carta per la cauzione, non va bene la prepagata, cosa che essendomi comunicata un paio di giorni prima ed essendo gia in viaggio ho fatto fatica a reperire, inoltre ho richiesto info sul trasporto per l'aeroporto ma non ho ricevuto risposta

Pros:

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non c'è personale in struttura, ma prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto il link per il self check-in e le istruzioni per poter accedere alla nostra stanza. Molto comodo il fatto di non avere chiavi fisiche, ma solo dei codici di accesso

Cons:

Il bagno era davvero poco illuminato e non c'era nessuna ventola di aerazione.

Pros:

J'ai aimé la salle de bain, beau et propre.
Le lit confortable et propre, afin à peu près car une odeur désagréable se dégageait du plaid.
L'emplacement est bien on est dans une rue calme. Loin du brouhaha de la ville.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de fermeture pour la douche car l'eau s'y échappait et a coulé jusqu'à dans la chambre car on avait pris une longue douche.
Et ça aurait été mieux s'il y avait des pantoufles et peignoir à disposition car le sol et la chambre en général est très froid. Et plus simple aussi pour aller à la piscine en haut de l'hôtel.
Il était indiqué aussi qu'on disposait d'un fer à repasser hors il y en avait pas!
Le piscine n'etait pas chauffée et en plus ne ressemblait pas du tout au photo sur booking et Google. Il y avait juste 2 transat et une chaise c'était mid.
