Ordentliche Zimmer in Nähe zur U-Bahn, mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Es ist ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Fahrstuhl bringt einen ins 4. OG, in dem das Hotel liegt. Zur U6 sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso zum Bäcker für Gratiskaffee und ggf Frühstück. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur ordentlichen, bayrischen Gaststätte Sending. Imbiss direkt am Haus sowie Einkauf und weitere Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einchecken mit dem Automaten geht problemlos

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und haben keine Klimaanlage. Muss das Fenster zur Straße geöffnet werden, gibt es Verkehrslärm. Abends kein Personal vor Ort. Halten sich Personen auf dem Balkon auf (nicht bei allen Zimmern vorhanden), kann es störend werden.

it was really great and the hotel was a safe space for us to calm down.
Pros:

great placement of all the elements in the room and overall cute hotel and concept of the hotel.

Cons:

there could have been more vacuuming done. especially on the side of the bed and the wall.

Basic, but clean and stylish, decent value. Would stay again
Pros:

Clean, everything worked and was solid

Cons:

No cafe, so there should be a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee.
Needs better sound insulation, or a carpet or sound buffers in the corridors, as I could hear every footstep and door closing which was very disturbing

Pros:

Great location to walk about, we were here for Oktoberfest. Very safe and good supermarket in close walking distance.

Cons:

It was very loud with people in the hallway, people shouting on night 1 and then the police in the hallway on night 2!

Für mich kommt ein weiterer Aufenthalt in TheDOT nicht infrage.
Pros:

Das Bett war schön hart...

Cons:

Insgesamt wurden vier im 4. Obergeschoss gelegene Wohnungen zu einem Hotel mit 14 Zimmern umgebaut. Das Ergebnis wirkt jedoch wie ein Labyrinth – von Großzügigkeit keine Spur. Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser aus dem Duschbereich ins Bad und, wenn man nicht sehr schnell duscht, sogar weiter in den Raum.
