The property is really clean

It is a great location and a nice hotel for families. For smaller children, there is a playground.

Gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid door het personeel. Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt. Door ruimte gebrek loop je elkaar tegen het lijf. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad en super grote appartementen. Heel centraal gelegen.

It was just one night to break our flight to London . Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion on which building we were staying in . I would still recommend this hotel . This was the third time I had booked here

The apartments could use a little remodeling in one of their 3 towers. (Lavendar) is their oldest one it seems but not bad at all for the price.

The hotel has a great location for dining and shopping. Only minutes walking to the Dubai Mall. They have an excellent English Pub called the Double Decker which serves even pork on their menu. Great food and good times to be had. Their Breakfast buffet is also great a little bit of everything.

We are the family of 6 with young kids. We got 2 bedroom apartment with 1 king bed and 2 sofa bed. It was plenty for us. The apartments are very big and comfortable.
The staff was amazing as-well.
The room service was done daily.
There is AlMaya grocery store near-by which is pretty convenient.

Amenities are not the best

Apartments are quite large, the buffet had a good spread.

The rooms were too cold, and the air conditioning was unable to warm up the rooms.

Facilities were completely no-frill (no dental kits, no adapters) Surprised that this was an Accor property.

Access cards were disabled at 12PM, this despite having requested for and the reception confirming a 1 hour extension.

Abject lack of directions on the confirmation mail, took us ages to find the right building to find the apartments.

Absolute chaos in communication between the building and main reception. Was being called upon repeatedly despite the reception being aware of a check out.

I like the location

Not the typical hotel. we stayed at a 3 bedrooms and 4 &1/2 bathrooms apartment with full kitchen, laundry, spacious living-room, diner-room, perfect for a big family. The apartment was in very good conditions and very clean. It is located walking distance from Dubai Mall, in the downtown. There are restaurants, pharmacy and a 24 hours open market in the block so you can buy food to cook or things you forgot at home. Excellent location. Pool is open until 8 pm, gym until 11 pm. Service is good and people are very kind. The only thing I did not like it is was very expensive but good things are pricy.

J'ai  passé 6 nuits  dans cet apparthôtel. Appartement de grande taille bon lit, belle double salle de bain plus un toilette séparé une baignoire bien profonde belle salle à manger manque un beau tableau de Dubaï,  grand cuisine .Propreté  juste .Personnel a  l'accueil aimable et bâtiment lavender .Très bon petit déjeuner varié et serveur sympa .Très proche du Mall et des fontaine en traversant le Mall et la burj kalifa

 Les photos sur les site de réservations ne corresponde pas à la réalité les photos correspond à l'hôtel Swissôtel Al Murooj  et non au roda al murooj.Éviter chambre côté rue un peu bruyant isolation fenêtre un peu  juste malgré qu'on soit un peu en retrait juste en face de 2 grandes routes et au dessus d'un restaurant .Dommage que le petit déjeuner,la piscine et la salle de sport  soit dans un autre bâtiment il faut se déplacer à chaque fois bâtiment lavender vue les photos je pensais que tous était au même endroit comme les autres hotel heureusement qu'il  fait  toujours beau.il a fallu 3 jours pour changer un simple bouchon de baignoire qui était pas le bon. Seul intérêt de cette résidence hotel ses sont emplacement.




 

The residence was horribly maintained, the photos on Expedia did not reflect the actual condition. I have bed bug bites all over my body. I am dissapointed and my trip was ruined due to the quality of this hotel. Unfortunately everything else happened to be sold out so I was not able to move either.

Very spacious clean apartments and excellent location

Located 5 min walk to Dubai Mall. Bed was amazing. Staff were great. Would stay here again.

seul petit point négatif pour moi, ma chambre donnais sur la rue principale et l'insonorisation des chambres est a amélioré.

The hotel has excellent location and wonderful service. But the apartments were pretty old. The washroom space in two bedroom apartment is too small. I couldnt open up my arms while having a bath. The water tap was too old.
Overall the location and services were good but remember the hotel is atleast built 12-15 years old. And needs overhauling in few areas.

The property is in an excellent location to Dubai Shopping Mall and the facilities are fabulous. Staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Bad service i have asked for something and they did not replied me again when i asked again they said we will but they ignored me
