Not again
Pros:

The location was good and it was really easy to get into the apartment.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
After 10 minutes the water turned cold, we had no hot water anymore.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, near sights, the metro, restaurants, supermarkets. Easy to access the property with the codes provided. Spacious and clean apartment, with a lovely balcony. Easy to get to from the airport on bus 203, getting off at Cibeles.

Cons:

Nothing about the property.
Other people staying in other properties were quite noisy in the lift/stair areas at all times of day/night. I wonder whether some signs to ask people to be considerate of others would help.

COCKROACHES - NOT WORTH THE PRICE
Cons:

Cockroaches! Stayed for 4 nights and consistently found cockroaches when we returned to the room for the night. Let property manager know the first night and they said it was unusual - this obviously isn't true - judging by the size of cockroaches they've been there for some time. People should read the other poor reviews about cleanliness of the facilities - this place is not worth the price, and management does not resolve issues once they're brought up. STAY AWAY - you can find much better accommodations for the same price in the same area.

Great clean flat, efficient systems, area a bit dodgy at night
Pros:

Great central location. Simple instructions to access the property.
Clean and well furnished IKEA style.
Loo broke and found a chap in the building who fixed the problem straight away.
Kitchen decent. Bed decent. All in all very happy for a bolthole whilst watching The Arsenal in Madrid. Area is equivalent of Soho in London so maybe not great to go with young kids for some.

Cons:

Could have done with windows as the flat had no natural sources of light. Making it feel confined.

Area wouldn't be good for families as its surrounded by gay clubs , strip clubs and dodgy bars and at night.. there's quite a lot happening in the streets around the building.

Thank you Feelathome! We had a very comfortable stay with our baby.
Pros:

The property was at a good and safe location. The apartment was modern, well equipped and clean.

We stayed 3 nights with our baby. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and several clean utensils and a clean dishwasher, so it was very helpful to cook for the baby. There were also enough amenities provided. There is also a clean washing machine drying rack and terrace, so made our stay easier. The terrace was also a good spot to wind down with coffee at the end of the day. Kudos to the cleaning staff everything was neat and well cleaned.

And also Kudos to the customer service. A whatsapp number was provided for any queries and the person replying, was very responsive and polite. Even though we had a key card issue when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. She was very responsive for all our other queries as well.

Thank you Feelathome! We had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Even though lift is available there is a short climb to the lift’s landing which might not be that stroller friendly. But its manageable.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Tolle Lage alles da was man braucht mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch ist absolut durchgelegen. Da wir zu 2. waren haben wir sie nicht wirklich benötigt und das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Persönlich finden wir, dass das Apartment eher für 2 Personen ausgelegt ist.

Pros:

Nos ha gustado todo. El apartamento era amplio y estaba muy limpio. Diría que todo era nuevo y muy acogedor.
La cama muy grande y cómoda y muchos armarios.
Había 2 tv una en la sala y la otra en la habitación.
En la cocina no faltaba nada. Incluso había café, azúcar e infusiones.

Cons:

Nosotros no hemos tenido problema pero el ascensor llegaba a la entreplanta.

Moeizame check-in aangezien de doorgestuurde code van de keybox niet werkte. Bij het contacteren van het doorgekregen telefoonnummer kwamen we bij een soort call center terecht waardoor het even duurde voordat men ons kon verder helpen.
Wel fijn dat er de dag nadien nogmaals werd geïnformeerd of alles in orde was.

Pros:

The apartments are perfect. Easy to find in the heart of Chueca and close to Grab Via. Very spacious, clean and we'll equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a sofa bed which we were not aware of. Considering their location the apartment was very quiet. Would definitely recommend.
