Perfect place for a short stay in Palma
Pros:

We liked everything! The location is excellent and the room is exactly like the photos, but even better in person. Dobromira messaged just after we’d landed and was there waiting at the door when we arrived. She showed us around and gave us some great breakfast tips, as well as booking us a taxi when needed. The views from the room were amazing, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet, surprisingly so given the location. Perfect stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Sensational view and prime location. Excellent apartment!
Pros:

Location is incredible, I was on the 5th floor and was in awe every time I looked out the window.
Location close to shops, walks, restaurants all perfect! Bed comfy, shower hot and staff very kind.

Une vue incroyable sur la cathédrale
Pros:

Appartement absolument parfait ! Tout était impeccable et conforme à nos attentes. La vue sur la cathédrale est tout simplement incroyable et rend le séjour vraiment exceptionnel. La communication a été très fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir !

Great location, spacious and clean room, but not a real hotel
Pros:

The location was GREAT. The views from the room were also fantastic (room 401), and the room (suite) was very large. Staff were quickly responsive to all our questions and requests. Maid service was good. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no front desk, no concierge. It was like a studio rental, not really a hotel at all. There were no "facilities" -- no gym, no bar, no concierge, nothing, really. As a room rental or maybe a 2- or 3-star hotel, it was fine. As a 4- or 5-star hotel, it was definitely lacking. Staff responses, as indicated, were excellent, but it was all by texting.
