The lift is very slow and one is not working. They could do with a bar/ restaurant being open. There appears to be some homeless and refugees staying although none of them bothered us

Hotellet befinner seg midt i sentrum av Birmingham. Rommet var helt greit. Bra seng, vannkoker med te/kaffe. Varmt vann i dusjen. TV. Ladeuttak for mobiltelefon.
Hotellet er gammelt og slitt. Du får det du betaler for. Minimal betjening.

The sheets where dirty tiles in bathroom was dirty and also my partner had bite marks on his skin like he had been beaten

Where hotels do a nice fold on the toilet paper there was actually shit, poop, faeces what ever you want to call it press into that fold had no one would have missed it it must have been done on purpose. Let a lone I binned it and grabbed a new one . The morning I ran the shower to get hot water for 15 mins and only the cold was working
The lift wasn’t functioning well. We ended up climbing the stairs to eighth floor everytime.
It was good that you could actually get Netflix on the TV and a easy to get to hotel from the train station
I didn't like how the pictures online made it look really nice and fancy and when you get there it's in a alley way that stinks of wee. When you get in it looks like a TV show of them going to a DMV. When we headed to the room the elevators seemed really unsafe there where cracks in the walls spider webs in all corners of every wall. When we got to the room it was tiny only one shower head worked the toilet still had sick in it from a last guest and used cleaning gloves left above the sink. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing in the world it was like sleeping on the floor I do not recommend staying there for the price of 70 and also paid a extra 15 to get in early id say this place should cost £10 a night from what you get there
