I stayed at this hotel for one week and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not kept clean during my stay, and despite requesting room service and housekeeping several times, no room service was provided. The property remained unclean throughout the week.
In addition, I found some members of staff to be rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unprofessional attitude made my stay very unpleasant.
Overall, I had a bad experience and would not recommend this hotel based on the service I received.

Unfortunately, because of these issues, I cannot say that I had a good experience, and I would not choose to stay here again
I was staying on the fourth floor, and the lift was out of service for most, if not all, of my stay. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to use the stairs every time I entered or left the hotel. I reported the issue and requested assistance, but no action appeared to be taken to fix the lift during my stay.

I had to wait a really long time before someone came to reception. there were also not so friendly crowds surrounding the hotel. In the room there weren't any towels and when i requested at reception, they never came and had to find a clearner to give me one

Quiet, comfortable and clean room with tea and coffee, a tv, good internet and a well functioning shower. Well situated for train station.
