The room was freezing

Central location. Mostly okay.
Lift was broken and second lift was not operating correctly and made me uncomfortable with its operation really slow and noisy. Floor was not hoovered and visibly dirty.
Standard room that was clean. Good location
Lift is super slow and the 2nd one was out of order. I was told by someone else the llift was broken for at least 2 days.
Staying on the 6th floor, the staircase was quicker than the 1 operating lift, but instead of going straight down, the staircase changed location on 2 floors which added more time and complication. My key stopped working before i checked out in the morning. I had to go and fix it twice. Bad phone service
Great size room and location
Loved the shower!
The lift screeched loudly every time it opened and closed. It was very slow. People were knocking loudly on doors and yelling in the hallway at 3am!
We like how central it was
That the bathroom was really up to date and the to was really big. The only down side we stayed in 219 and it had a really big window, but when we got back to the room the room was frezzing good and we put the radiator on before we left but the radiator didn’t work, I had to wear a hoodie to bed over my pjamas as it was that cold. Other than that it was a lovely day and grate value for money
