Don’t stay here, you will feel bad
Pros:

Only stuff at the reception was friendly and kind.

Cons:

Old, disgusting, dirty.
smells bad in every corner, especially from the bathroom, impossible to sleep.
No air conditioner, but with open window it's too loud from outside.

Short stay
Pros:

Location was PERFECT for Birmingham New Street Station. About 5 minute walk if that.

Bed was very comfortable. I slept vwry well!

My room was generally very clean. A few areas could of been cleaner - you had to ask for your room to be cleaned - this was not made clear at check in. There was just a small sign i missed.

Cons:

It was a bit run down - very basic
Staff were a rude/said some lot of my personal info outloud... actually shouted it across the lobby. So my room number was nade very public!! Also they were missing from reception alot!
One lift wasnt working, so it was annoying, plus the working lift was full of litter and stank of weed.
The corridors smelt of weed too and there was the odd strange 'character' that made some younger guests feel very uneasy.
I was at the front of the hotel (room 508) and it was v noisy 24/7
I had a vroken lamp in my room - though this was fixed straight away - after shouting my room number to everyone.
