Pros:

It’s a very nice clean area. Although the noise cancellation between the rooms ain’t very good, but it won’t disturb too much

Almost perfect, please add decaf!
Pros:

Great amenities, even has a Lego room! Enjoyed the onsite gym and hot breakfast buffet but wish they had decaf coffee and tea options. Agree the lack of duvet cover is a little strange - hopefully they’re washing them? It looked clean anyway. Very central and great choice for us with two small twin rooms within the suite!

Pros:

I’ve stayed at this place two times the first time was much better because the room was air conditioned upon arrival. The second time staying here the AC was off and I checked in at 5pm even at 1am it wasn’t cooled off enough to have a good sleep. It’s the cheapest place to stay in MTL and the location is great. If you’re on a budget this is the best place to stay. The room was very clean. Looking for a bit more comfortable bed and nicer amenities spend more and look elsewhere. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time I need a place to stay in MTL

Great location and room on a budget.
Pros:

We enjoyed our brief stay. The location was great, walking distance to most places. I loved our twin beds room where there was a wall between the bed, offering us more privacy. The shower didn't work, unfortunately, and we could have used a small refrigerator in the room.

Good Stay
Pros:

Location was fantastic. 5 minutes walk to two Metro stops. Check in and out was easy, although I was line ups closer to check in/out times, so just be aware if are checking in right at check in time.

Needs card access to go in and out of building. Found it a bit excessive, but understandable since it is a university residence.

Everything else is good. This is a University Residence, not a hotel, so it does not have the ambience nor comfort of a hotel. The beds were ok, though the pillows are a bit on the rough side.

The blinds doesn't really cover much, so if you need darkness when you are sleeping, you should being a eye mask.

I was there when the city was scorching hot, and was grateful for the AC, which was enough to keep the place cool.
