Alexandra Palace - La Maison Younan

Magnifique hôtel... le seul dommage est que l'on se soit trompé sur les informations que j'ai demandé et que l'on ne m'ai pas spécifié que mon petit déjeuner était compris dans ma réservation. Ça gache un peu le standing

Établissement juste magnifique que ce soit les espaces partagés ou la chambre.. Les espaces extérieurs sont grandioses. Et le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. MERCI

Accueil, confort excellent. Personnel très à l’écoute. Concernant le restaurant repas très bon mais trop longue attente pour être servi ! 45 mn pour avoir l’entrée . Mais repas excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel sans problème !

Beautiful estate with massive potential, but comes up short in the quality of the accommodations. The room was a little stuffy, and there is no air conditioning which made for a rough nights sleep. The highlight of our visit was the amazing dining experience and the overall excellent service from the staff.

L'endroit est magique, la demeure splendide. Le personnel est formidable avec toujours le sourire. Le restaurant est gastronomique absolument délicieux bravo

Séjour très agréable, personnel très agréable et a l’écoute du client. Dîner parfait avec des saveurs surprenantes. Petit déjeuner excellent et nous donne des forces pour la journée.

J'ai séjourné 1 nuit à l'Alexandra Palace (étape de mon trajet en voiture des Landes à la région parisienne), mais j'ai énormément apprécié ce sejour. Personnel très agréable et arrangeant (j'ai un petit chien de 1 an encore assez turbullent, donc j'ai demandé un diner en chambre pour éviter d'ennuyer les autres clients ; et je suis repartie très tôt le lendemain matin-6h- mon petit déjeuner m'attendait à l'accueil). Cadre magnifique /'princess mode' 😊. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et propre, et possibilité de promenades autour du palace et de ses environs (église, lac, golf, allées bordées d'arbres magnifiques et statues). Le service est impeccable, le repas excellent (pour le dîner j'ai pris le bœuf avec purée de châtaignes et champignons + vin) et tout est très bien entretenu... Je recommande cet établissement.

Very disappointed to be given a modern attic room which had a view of the sky . We have stayed several times before and loved the splendor of the rooms on the first floor. We did not realise especially as there were no photos of this room on hotels.com there was a second floor. Although it was comfortable it was not what we thought we were booking and felt so let down.
There bedroom is new and needs a full length mirror.
The bathroom needs a privacy screen for the window as it faces the parking area. It is fine during the day but once you put on the light you feel very exposed. We hung a towel on the suitcase stand and put it in the window.
The bathroom mirror is at right angles to the sink which is very odd and shaving was tricky.
Sadly having stayed on the first floor previously we felt ( by comparison) we were staying in the servants quarters this time.
Our other reason for choosing to stay was the restaurant and thankfully it was as fabulous as always and made up for the modern room, almost.

We needed a last minute place to stay on our journey through France. We hoped to find somewhere comfortable with a lovely restaurant. The Alexandra Palace did not disappoint! We had a fantastic meal outside on the terrace, and a very comfortable night's sleep before continuing on our journey.

Wow what an incredible place to stay, we will be back !!

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The large beds are super comfortable. Everything is top quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We have stayed here twice and will certainly stay again. The staff were very helpful in allowing us to charge our electric car on a normal socket but a faster charger would be very helpful especially as the hotel is a good few kilomètres from the nearest town. The Chateau is set in beautiful grounds with a fabulous terrace.

Un arrêt impromptu dans un chateau avec accueil très souriant et professionnel. Tout le confort attendu dans un tel endroit et la décoration un peu bling bling vous en met plein les yeux. C'était idéal pour cette étape de pouvoir également se restaurer sur place avec un diner à la hauteur.
Le seul bémol trop de lumières sont allumées la nuit...pour quelqu'un qui a l'habitude de dormir dans le noir.

Très agréable séjour, le château est très beau et bien restauré.
Très belle literie.
Idées pour améliorer encore les prestations:
-WC indépendant de la salle de douche
-Porte d’entrée château soit automatique, soit avec assistance, elle est dure à ouvrir et quand il pleut…
PS: ne pas oublier de balayer sous les tables de salle du restaurant
