Pros:

The front desk staff are amazing but the room service folks have no respect for privacy.

Cons:

Room service does not knock they would barge in your room or sneak in. My fiancée almost shot one because he didn't announce himself and she was in bed and (comfortabe) dude just walks in and she screams as she grabs her weapon. The dude left the room immediately. I was handling military duties at the time and i was highly upset when i found out this happened.


Also the security deposit takes almost 2 weeks i assume. I still havent gotten mine back.

Best hotel in the Marietta area

Mrs. Glenda on night shift was very friendly and welcoming. The property is always clean and a pleasure to stay.

Outstanding Property, Karen Is Great !!
Pros:

This is my first time staying at a Hyatt and I was very pleased. (I worked in Housekeeping at the Princeton Hyatt 35 years ago and it turned me off the brand). I appreciated being able to have an early check in with no extra fees. Holly was very pleasant and sweet . The room was very large, modern, quiet and clean. I really slept well here. Karen, a server in the restaurant was outstanding!! She definitely has an amazing personality. I so I enjoyed talking with her!! Janine was very helpful and pleasant at breakfast the next morning. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey considering it's a lot like the free Hampton Inn breakfast without the waffle machine. The crispy potatoes are very outstanding I, I could eat just them!! The room price is much lower than at an Embassy Suites so it's not horrible paying for breakfast. There were a couple of issues like the TV in the living room didn't work. I had to call the front desk on my cellphone because the phone didn't work. The engineer came to our room within 10 minutes and replaced the wire and got it working perfectly. He was so polite! I do think the shower should have a bar in it even though it wasn't a handicapped room. I did appreciate the rubber bath mat.
Me and my husband love our quick staycations and we will definitely be back here in September to celebrate my birthday!!

Great service, great room, absolutely will stay again...
Pros:

It really was a great stay. The room was newly renovated, large, and spotless. Kudos to the front desk staff. 100% of everyone we came in contact with was service-oriented, personable, and more importantly, sincere. (This from a college professor of hotel management who has seen all levels). Great job and very appreciated!
