Great place to stay
Pros:

This location was the best for us to be near family as they welcomed a new baby. We could be there to help with the older siblings. The suite was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff worked hard to take care of us. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Generally a nice stay for our romps in town.

Cons:

The room wasn't actually booked when we arrived and had to wait for a room to "open up".

The free breakfast came with a "suggested" $75 tab and tip bill laid on the table to "sign". We didn't sign it.

Very clean, very well kept hotel

Cons:

Our Air conditioner never got below 78 degrees, we sweated to death, it was 84 degrees in our room at 10am…staff made aware and the only accommodation was to refund our parking. Very dismissive, front staff was not helpful whatsoever. She also couldn’t give us any tips about transportation around the city. I said what about Uber and she responded with “uber will work”

Loved the spacious suite!
Pros:

Loved the space in the room. Finding a big enough room for a family of 5 is difficult! I also really liked having the sofa sleeper and the table with mirror (an extra get ready space) right outside the bathroom really helped multiple people get ready for the day at the same time.

Cons:

The breakfast food was super expensive and really was just okay in taste and quality.

WOW! Great hotel. One of - if not the NICEST Hyatt we’ve ever been to

This hotel is great! Very clean, plenty of food nearby. We will absolutely stay here again. Staff was friendly and the rooms are HUGE.

The new decor looks nice, it’s always clean and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Slightly bigger trash cans. Most of us go out to eat or we pick up something to eat. The trash cans are a little too small and there isn’t any trash cans on the property to dispose of trash. You’ll have to leave it in the hallway for staff to get or take it to the dumpster.
