Pros:

L hôtel est situé à proximité du centre d Ambatoloaka. Au milieu d un jardin arboré.prendre son petit déjeuner avec cette vue magnifique est un vrai plaisir. Chambre propre, ménage fait tout les jours, moustiquaire, eau chaude, coffre,assez bon Wi-Fi il. Rapport qualité prix très competitif. 3 em séjour ici !

Cons:

Ça grimpe un peu pour aller à l hotel, mais bon à 67 ans je le fait plusieurs fois par jour . Sinon toujours la possibilité de prendre un tuk tuk. Pas de télé, mais je regarde jamais.

Sa situation en pleine nature.

Cons:

Séjour spartiate: nii télé ni climatisation ni frigo. Pour le prix on aurait souhaité avoir au moins l'un de ces petits moyens de confort.. établissement situé en hauteur qui fait subir aux jambes de rudes épreuves ,par des sentiers grossiers à peine éclairés la nuit et peu rassurants.

Location and beautiful property with lush landscaping, turtles and magnificent view of ocean from the grand balcony during breakfast. The bed was made up every day and the staff left fresh rose petals on the bed for my first night welcome. A very delightful and thoughtful touch.
I will stay here again when I return to Nossi-Be 😃

Cons:

Water pressure was weak for the shower. There was No AC or fridge but I also take into account this is standard in Madagascar. Also the rent was very fair and I realize it will be more to have AC and a refrigerator. I also add that on my final day at the villa, the water pressure and hot water were excellent and full pressure and very hot. Too bad I had to suffer during the first part of my stay but I managed.

Hotel très bien situé, pas cher et très propre même si ce n'est pas le luxe.
Pros:

La salle du restaurant se situe en amont des bungalows en hauteur avec une terrasse bien ventilée naturellement avec vue sur la mer. Le personnel était très chaleureux et très accueillant. Toujours le sourire.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de clim mais des ventilateurs. Et les oreillers étaient un peu dur ( pour moi ).

Finally I didn't stay at all in the hotel.
Pros:

I didn't stay overthere as it does not meet my mobility problem. So I had to cancel my booking.. And I was told that I shall be reimbursed totally.. Still waiting for reimbursement. Hopefully.

Cons:

There were too many stairs to climb. And the owner does not stay in Antananarivo but in Switzerland. I did talked to her on the phone and she promised me to reimburse me totally as I couldn't climb the stairs at all.

C'est un hôtel où je descends régulièrement et qui me convient.
Les bungalows sont agréables et les espaces verts très bien pensés.

- Il y avait eu un problème d’eau et nous avions du changer d’hôtel car nous étions avec un bébé et la propriétaire nous a fait un geste commercial que nous avons beaucoup apprécié

Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo distante dal caos
Pros:

La posizione molto defilata dalla caotica Ambatoloaka, lo staff estremamente gentile, l’autenticità del posto, lontano dagli standard occidentali, i bungalow essenziali, ma con un bel patio, immersi nel verde e con tre bellissime tartarughe che scorrazzano liberamente. Ottimo prezzo, considerando che è compresa anche una buona colazione servita nella terrazza con una vista bellissima.

Cons:

Il bagno del bungalow è molto, molto vecchio. Andrebbero rifatti bagni, isolandoli dalla camera e sostituiti sanitari. Inoltre andrebbero messe delle reti zanzariere alle finestre e alle varie aperture presenti sul bungalow, perché così le zanzare entrano liberamente. Detto questo, i pro superano i contro, anche in considerazione del prezzo richiesto.

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel, surtout quand il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et de WiFi. Et le personnel qui est venu régler une fuite d'eau au lavabo de la salle de et qui avait inondé le bungalow.

Cons:

Les problèmes de WiFi mais pas de la faute de l'hôtel, mais quand même 7 jours sans WiFi sur 21 jours. Et comme j'étais obligé de travailler avec la Suisse, c'était un peu compliqué.

Molto lontano dalle aspettative.
Pros:

L'unica cosa positiva era il giardino dove si poteva vedere la tartaruga che girava libera davanti la stanza.

Cons:

Il bagno fatiscente, con poca acqua e solo fredda.
La strada per arrivare in spiaggia dalla camera è, buia e angusta, da sentirsi a disagio a farla di giorno, figurarsi la notte.
