Comfortable lodging
Pros:

Comfy bed, pool was good. Shower was hot and it was a relaxing stay.

Cons:

It’s a bit old and needs updating. I wish there was a cafe downstairs for ordering meals. Or at least a breakfast bar for this is the only hotel in Lowell and the breakfast bar would be so helpful.

A hidden gem
Pros:

I was very impressed with the hotel. It had everything I needed, the room was clean and very spacious. The pool area was very nice. Restaurants and shops are 20 minutes away. The staff and owners were very professional and gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

It had breakfast and an American cuisine restaurant as part of amenities but it was closed.

Rundown and untidy
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

Found mouse droppings in sofa bed, long hair left in sink, shower dripping water constantly, sofa bed was not made up and sheets and blankets were not in room to make bed. Hotel while appears nice online is run down, stains on floors, couches, holes and rips in shower curtain. No coffee etc. Will not stay here again while traveling.

Comfortable, but not a friendly atmosphere
Pros:

Room was fine. The parking lot was good.

Cons:

The barking dog in the room next door, The family arguing in the hallway at 1:30 AM and again at 5:30 AM. I thought I read there was breakfast included; there was no breakfast. The bar area was never staffed.
The staff in general could care less I was there, with the exception of the nice girl who checked me out. When I checked in the attendant was on the phone handling another conversation. No hello just handed me my room keycard and said the elevator is on the right.
