L'accueil, aucune façon , vraiment déplorable.
très malpropre, drap tacher noir et je parle pas de l'édredon, fond bain noir ,contour de moisissure, tapis de chambre avec des mégats tache semblait à du vomis.
3 personnes -2 kit de serviette , un fond papier toilette et zero service possible.

Very disappointing will not return.
Cons:

When I arrived the lady at the front desk appeared to have an attitude, she told me I would be refunded for the security deposit and I never got my money back, when I got to my room there was food spilled on the couch and the floor as if they had lunch break in the room, I found beer caps under the bed and the refrigerator didn’t work.

Almost everything in this hotel needs updating. The curtains in our room were ripped. The towel rack was not attached to the wall and all of the clean towels had to be piled on the vanity of the sink.so so

Great location - everything was comfortable

Cons:

Friday & Saturday night there was some party or something - very loud music - I don’t think it was inside the hotel but possibly in parking lot or somewhere very nearby

Cheapest in town and it shows.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and patient in letting us into the guest laundry, getting us checked in and out. Large free parking lot that was well lit. Location was close to the highway for easy on / off.

Cons:

The bed sheets and towels in the the room were threadbare and stained with grey marks. There was mold in the caulking of the shower in our room. There were many people wanting to use the guest laundry and only 1 washer and 1 dryer and access was not by room key - you had to get someone to let you in each time. There was only cold water for washing machine. No breakfast or coffee was offered in the lobby. There was only 1 non-decaf coffee cartridge in the room. Nothing in walking distance in terms of food in the evening.

The location was beautiful. I appreciate that they allowed us to check in early with a decent fee.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude both checking in and checking out. The room was much smaller than expected. The room wasnt as clean as i thought

Pros:

The hotel was centrally located for what I needed to get done.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed. I was told that they hadn't hired a replacement yet. This was annoying because one reason I booked this property was an on-site restaurant.
Another problem for me was the mouse in my room. I switched rooms but there was a definite lack of concern from the front desk staff about the problem.
