駅近で助かりました！
Pros:

荷物を預けた際に対応してくれたレセプションの男性スタッフがとても親切で丁寧な対応でした。

Cons:

大浴場とうたってますが、実際には女湯の洗い場は３人分で湯船も小さくびっくり、がっかり。4人目に浴室へ入ってきた方がすぐ隣で立ったまま順番待ちしてるので非常に焦りました。大浴場は盛り過ぎです。

チェックイン時に受付担当された外国人女性は説明の日本語がたどたどしく、ぶっきらぼうに感じました。

マラソン大会参加者は集合時間の都合でホテルでの朝食は無理なので、朝食なしプランをご検討頂けたら幸いです。

村山の人の温かさに感動
Pros:

スタッフさん皆さんが親切でとても良かったです

Cons:

お部屋のカードキーを取ると冷蔵庫の電気も切れてしまうと口コミで見ていましたので、冷蔵物は買わないようにしていました。

長距離旅行の止まり木
Pros:

駅から近い。駐車場も完備されている。
大浴場やランドリーから他アメニティ等とても装備が充実している。
当日予約でも入室できた。

Cons:

ベッドが硬かった。((あくまで個人の主観です
客室への移動手段が1つしかないエレベーターのみだったので待たされるのが非常に煩わしかった。
可能であれば階段を解放してほしい。

全体的にバランスのとれた
ホテルだと思う。

悪い点は無いが、食事の品数が
多くないので2連泊は出来ても
3連泊は難しいかな。
