Cons:

I booked this hotel because it typically offers a hot grab and go breakfast and Starbuck coffee option (lattes, teas). I needed to work from hotel in the morning and did not have time to go out for breakfast. They offered a very limited continental breakfast in the lobby (the smallest I have ever seen and items were pre packaged and no protein options). I also received a message after booking that they were charging for parking which is new and they have plenty of parking. Needless to say I will not book here in the future without a restaurant or breakfast.

It was quiet

Cons:

This is the first time I booked a hotel that does not offer free breakfast. This is not a cheap hotel but charging for morning coffee and slight breakfast made it ‘cheap’ in my opinion. Spending $650.00 on 4 nights(checked in after 4 pm on Monday and checked out at 6:30 am on Friday) should at least give me a free breakfast. And lets not forget there is no cleaning service unless one is staying more than 4 days.

Pros:

Grand hôtel un peu perdu dans une zone commerciale déserte le soir, à 15 minutes environ du centre de Salem. Accueil standardisé. Chambres et salles de bain plutôt agréables, confort et équipements irréprochables.

Cons:

Chambres mal insonorisées bien que le bâtiment soit neuf (on entend les conversations de la chambre voisine, les pas dans celle du dessus). Petit-déjeuner consistant en une offre limitée de produits Starbucks (rien de salé). Prix globalement élevé pour la prestation, même si c'est général dans la région de Boston.

The people at the front desk were not as friendly as they were last year. I also didn't like the fact that was burned by hot coffee because they didn't put the sleeves on the cups.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the facility was very clean.

Cons:

I didnt like that yoi have to pay for parking and breakfast. That you have to pay an early check in fee, which he did waive. We drove over 5 hours to get there, so I was greatfull he waived the fee.
