I will definitely be going back.
Pros:

While I didn't have breakfast there, the hotel was amazing. It was a perfect price and just at the right location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

To be honest, there really wasn't anything that was wrong with the property. The room may have been a little crowded, but it had everything we needed and more space than we required. I do like this place

I have no complaints at all. The little market was convenient. The staff was amazing. The motel itself was very clean. Enjoy the soap and shampoo

Affordable, comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

We stayed when visiting for the World Cup. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and we made use of the laundry facilities on site. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is beside a mall in Danvers and you can reach Salem train station by getting an Uber or Lyft which were inexpensive. We’d stay here again.

Cons:

Not a dislike but there is no cleaning service unless you ask for it, we had to ask at reception for clean towels and new toilet paper.

On the way where we needed it and not far off the highway

Cons:

Non-smoking property room stank like smoke (to be fair we didn’t complain - arrived after 10 pm and couldn’t be bothered for one night. They have no (real) food to speak of and no mini bar. It’s not near a town so only strip mall fast food near by.

I'm guessing the staff that checked us in said something wrong. & I knew it was wrong when he said it that's why I asked again & he confirmed. But he said if I check out late there's no limit to when & then when I asked to check out late they had only an hour or 2 extra I could check out at. So it was confusing & expected different. I also let the staff know not to do that in future because others would be very upset or take advantage of this

Disappointed for what we paid.

We were not informed that the pool was not in use until we got there with our bathing suits. The room was bare minimum, dated and while clean it was a bit shabby. Pillows and bed basic. No complimentary coffee in lobby and I feel we paid WAY too much for what we got. This was a much needed one night get away, had hoped for more from the description. While the location was not far from the sights we drove to see, please know when booking that you are going to be staying in a VERY busy area, surrounded by Walmart, Target, other big box stores.
