Bustling Shinbashi and Ginza are in walking proximity. Good transportation.
Pros:

Staff service was pleasant: professional and fast. We also appreciated provided extra services like umbrellas, shoe drier etc.

Cons:

Request from the hotel to clean the room every 3 days (I guess as per hotel policy) made us feel uncomfortable.
Mediocre sound isolation of the room window resulted in permanent noise in the room due to proximity to neighbor hotel with its chillers installed in front of our window and rumbling railway bridge (no trains from midnight to ~5 am though) — light sleepers might feel very disturbed.

En résumé, l’hôtel peut convenir pour un court séjour grâce à son emplacement seulement.
Pros:

La vue n’était pas exceptionnelle, mais elle restait correcte par rapport à d’autres hôtels, car la chambre donnait au moins sur la rue et non sur une cour intérieure.

En revanche, l’emplacement est un vrai point positif. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à environ cinq minutes à pied de la gare de Shimbashi, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans Tokyo.

Nous ne recommandons pas cette chambre pour une famille de quatre personnes. Le confort, l’espace et la préparation de la chambre n’étaient pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions.

Nous avons séjourné au Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shimbashi à Tokyo, et notre expérience reste mitigée.

Concernant la chambre, elle était vraiment beaucoup trop petite pour quatre personnes, en l’occurrence deux adultes et deux jeunes adolescents. Lors de la réservation, la chambre semblait adaptée pour quatre, mais une fois sur place, nous avons été très surpris par le manque d’espace. Nous ne pensions pas qu’il était possible de proposer une chambre aussi étroite pour une famille de quatre personnes.

Autre point décevant : la chambre semblait préparée uniquement pour deux personnes. Il manquait les oreillers supplémentaires ainsi que les serviettes, que nous avons dû aller demander à la réception. Cela a renforcé notre impression que la chambre n’était pas réellement adaptée à quatre occupants. Le nettoyage n’était pas non plus satisfaisant, avec beaucoup de poussière visible. Enfin, le matelas était trop mou à notre goût, ce qui n’a pas aidé pour le confort du séjour.

Great little hotel in a fun area
Pros:

Small but very functional rooms, very well designed and equipped. Excellent shades on windows, shower with great water pressure. Very comfortable beds and linens.

有驚艷到

離JR新橋站跟地鐵近（銀座口出來走路大概五分鐘內），台場的百合海鷗號也在附近，周圍就有兩間超商，附近兩家藥妝都24小時營業（SUGI跟SEIMS)，周圍居酒屋多，步行到銀座商圈15分鐘左右，備品在櫃檯自己拿，竟然有雪肌精系列、漱口水跟入浴劑，超級讚，房間小巧，但有小桌跟沙發椅很棒，晚上看電視配宵夜真的超chill。

Cons:

我帶26吋前開行李位置不太好擺放（千萬不要帶對開，除非是20吋，因為有空氣清淨機跟燙褲機，所以我放在兩個之間，路就會變窄，開冰箱不方便（小桌子擋住的關係），浴室可以乾濕分離就好了，但東京寸土寸金所以還能接受，整體來說都很滿意。

Excellent location, comfortable stay, clean rooms
Pros:

Rooms are tiny but pack everything in - we did not feel claustrophobic at all! Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities you will require. Excellent location close to Shimbashi station and surrounded by eating joints and street counters selling desserts. Staff were efficient and helpful.

La ubicacion. Además, el personal muy majo, cuando nos vieron con las dos maletas grandes nos hicieron un upgrade de habitacion para que cupieran (aun asi la habitacion era pequeñita, pero muy comoda!)

Nice stay in a clean and centrally located hotel
Pros:

We loved the amenities area in the reception and the location was superb (a couple of blocks away from the restaurants and bars, yet tucked away from the noise on a quiet street.)

Cons:

The room was quite small (13 m2) for two suitcases, although we managed.

Péssima jamais eu volto nesse hotel e também não indicarei
Pros:

Só do atendimento dos funcionários da recepção as pessoas que vi no corredor de limpeza estavam no chão comendo achei pouco desumano esse

Cons:

Não gostei achei minúsculo o espaço mal da pra por bagagem quarto minúsculo, não tivemos limpeza nem de troca de lixo no quarto né de toalhas, a janela da pra uma paredão não tem vista de nada, pelo valor que foi pago não condiz com esse cubículo
