Good for two people, not acceptable for three, stop advertising the room that way.
Pros:

Location was great. Two person room was good. AC was good. Wireless internet was great.

Cons:

Description was misleading--the room cannot accommodate three people unless one of the three is an infant. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to a larger room, but were not able to provide any additional bedding for a third person.

Pros:

駐車場完備、駅に近くて立地条件が良かったです。ホテルも清潔で、とても綺麗なホテルでした。荷物を先に預けて、LIVEへ行きました。深夜に戻ってからのチェックアウトでしたが、対応も親切にして頂いてとても気持ちが良かったです。

Pros:

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and above all is well connected to the whole city, making it very easy to move around. Ginza is often overlooked and the hotel gave us the chance to stroll around and enjoy it!

Pros:

The location was a nice close walk to the train station and shopping district. The staff were very helpful with immediately changing my room when I accidentally booked smoking! It was great to be able to do some laundry in the hotel.

Pros:

Nos tocó una habitación en el último piso y las vistas eran muy buenas! Incluso se veía la Tokyo Tower.
La ubicación es muy buena, en menos de 5 minutos estás en el metro y en unos 10 estás en el centro de Ginza.
En la recepción tienen un montón de cosas que puedes coger sin coste (productos de higiene, báscula, plancha de pelo...), lo cual es muy práctico.
Los empleados fueron todos muy amables.

Cons:

Las habitación, como en la gran mayoría de hoteles en Japón, es bastante justita. Abrir 2 maletas grandes a la vez no era nada cómodo.

非常棒的住宿經驗。
Pros:

飯店雖然不大，大堂在二樓，但是twin room 房間還是可以放下一個大行李，而且非常乾淨及設備齊全，有機會一定會再入住。

Cons:

電梯需要稍等一下，如果趕時間需要提早出門。
