Pros:

Location couldn’t have been better! Five minutes walk to subway, walking distance to Ginza, and imperial palace. We were able to see the Tokyo Tower from our rooms which were incredibly clean and the bathrooms were spacious. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, upon check out they helped and sorted our luggage transfers.

アメニティが良く。フロント辺りの匂いが素敵で気分が上がりました。部屋のスペースを駆使して欲しいものが全て揃っていて流石日本人！！！と日本の素晴らしいさと気遣いを感じました。

Personnel au petit soin et notamment la dame de l'accueil. Nous avons eu la chance d'être upgradé gratuitement pour une chambre supérieure. Superbe accueil.

Amazing location!
Pros:

The location is excellent, it is next to the Shimbashi station and a walking distance from Ginza. It's even convenient for taking a Limousine Airport bus from Narita.
There were a lot of amenities to chose from which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The rooms were really small even though we've expected it. It's difficult if you have big luggage.
