寝に帰るだけならそれなりに満足。
Pros:

閑静な住宅街のなかだったので騒がしくなくて夜は眠れました。フロントが良い匂い。

Cons:

チェックインする前に借りたフロントのトイレは一度目は綺麗だったけど、たまたまアメニティを貰いに寄った帰りに使ったらとても臭って汚かったのが残念でした。

A great place to stay that is cost efficient and quiet amongst authentic Kyoto style homes.
Pros:

I loved that Ninja Black is modern but the style is in keeping with the local area. it was quirky but comfortable and sufficient to our needs. The walk to the subway was about 10minutes flat surface so very easy to walk. We chose an uber on rainy days. Uber into Kyoto station was about $27 NZD - 2700yen.
The kitchen downstairs was lovely and the zen garden beautiful to look at.

Cons:

Having plates and cutlery available in the kitchen would be a good thing to offer so that the dining area could be used better for eating meals off crockery rather than takeaway boxes. :-(
Letting guests know ahead of time that there are little accessories available in the foyer would be nice too so these things don't need to be a concern when packing to arrive.
Window opening is confusing. I couldn't get the doors open to the zen garden to be able to experience it better.

Pros:

The Ninja theme throughout the hotel made it very interesting. Being close to the Imperial Gardens was a bonus. The hotel is in a good area of the city.
