あの立地と汚さで考えるとやや高いと感じた。
Pros:

近くにファミマがあったこと。

Cons:

畳部屋のすみの埃や塵の山。テレビの裏や上の埃、喘息持ちじゃないから良かったが不衛生と感じた。

Pros:

チェックイン前でも荷物を預かってくれ、鍵もその際にもらえたので、チェックイン時間を気にせず観光することが出来た。

Cons:

部屋が朝でも真暗。天井の角にホコリが溜まっていたのが気になった。
配電盤があるからなのか、少し音が気になった。

Tidy place. Conveniently located. Good for short stay. Beware of the 3pm check-in time.

conveniently located, neat and tidy.

Cons:

The check in time of 3pm is too late according to me. At least for international travellers they should be more flexible.

The room that I got had the bathroom on an elevated platform right in front of one of the bed-and awkward location to put it in. Also the toilet seat was too close to the wall to sot comfortably.

寒さに耐えないといけない宿泊
Pros:

カプセルホテルの価格で個室のホテルに泊まれた点
駅から遠いと感じなかった点

Cons:

エアコンが故障しており、寒くて睡眠が出来なかった。
また、和室は掛け布団がないのでとにかく暖を取れる手段がなく最悪。

また、部屋に太陽光が入る窓がなかった点も評価が低くなった要因。
