Cramped Style but Great Value
Pros:

Location is decent to good specifically as a travel hub - if you have luggage, it might be a struggle, but it's on a subway line and accessible by multiple avenues.

Price value is great - you can save quite a bit of cash on multiple days here and still have a room/bathroom to yourself.

Cons:

Food options are subpar around the hotel - you're going to have a hard time finding anything to eat that isn't Yoshinoya.

Layout is cramped - if you are travelling for a long period of time, you are not going to be able to spread out as you might like.

まあまあでした。
Pros:

荷物をチェックイン前に預けに行ったら時間が早かったけれどそのままチェックインしてくれて荷物も部屋に入れておいてくれた。

Cons:

エアコンが効きにくい。
窓側のベッドは窓からの冷気が寒い
トイレが冷たい（便座）

A cozy stay in a quiet part of Tokyo.
Pros:

If you didn’t mind travelling a bit from Tokyo’s centre (eg Shinjuku-shibuya) its location provides a quiet stay in a peaceful, charming neighbourhood. The bathroom was small but had all the essentials, even a bathtub.

Cons:

I somehow felt cold even though there was an announcement that the AC in the rooms have been defaulted to heating mode and I had to ask for an extra blanket. Also, there wasn’t anyone at reception when I first arrived and I wasn’t sure what to do until another guest gave them a phone call (I’m assuming).
