If you are here for longer period of time and are looking for more local experience of the city or dont want to be in district 1 every day, I would highly suggest this hotel. The location is quiet and there was shop, gym and cafes in the same street. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day. Room also had working air conditioner, fridge and good wifi. The staff was very kind, helping and always available.

フロントの人は全く英語が話せず、翻訳機能アプリで会話。でも、とても親切で、お勧めのお店を紹介してもらい、助かりました。そこで、地元の人と知り合いました。ホテルの住所と通りが違ってました。確認してください。

Not good as expected
Pros:

The location is convenient. It's closed to eateries and convenient stores.

Cons:

The room is bad. The air conditioner created terrible sounds which disturbed my sleep. The sound insulation is bad, I could hear guests staying next door talking, arguing and laughing all the time.

quick and easy to check in, NO fuss, no waiting
Pros:

no hassle and quick check in, and a basement carpark where i can park my rented bike ,, you can walk if have time to the macdonalds which is only 500 mets away

Cons:

a kettle would be nice and some complementary drinks like coffee but a kettle will do.
