Tuyệt vời, mình ghé Saigon công tác lần sau chắc chắn sẽ chọn Thanh Vinh hotel là nơi nghỉ quen thuộc. :)
Pros:

- Vị trí trung tâm quận 10, rất tiện di chuyển đến nơi khác.
- Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, có máy sấy tóc, máy lạnh, quạt, gương, tủ, móc treo đồ quá trời, có bàn ghế, TV, tuy phòng nhỏ nhưng mình nghĩ 1-2ng ở thì đủ dùng, 2 chai nước khoáng,…
- WC rất sạch sẽ.
- Tường sạch, lát gạch, sơn mới, có tranh decor cho không gian sáng sủa.
- Mình từng ở nhiều khách sạn khác ở quanh đây, thấy chỗ này là sạch sẽ và phù hợp với giá tiền nhất.
- Lễ tân siêu thân thiện.
Tuy mình không chụp lại ảnh nhưng chắc chắn giống với hình ảnh mà khách sạn post.

Cons:

- Tuy có vòi nước nóng lạnh nhưng mình không chỉnh được nước nóng.
- Thỉnh thoảng nghe tiếng ồn từ phòng bên hoặc tiếng dọn dẹp, lâu lâu hơi giật mình, nhưng không quá thường xuyên nên cũng không phải vấn đề lớn.
- Máy lạnh hơi cũ, thấy để 21° nhưng mình phải mở cùng quạt nữa mới thấy mát dễ chịu. Vậy thì hơi tốn điện :))

Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Kakerlake in meinem Zimmer. Habe dann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten jedoch habe ich mich danach auch nicht wohl gefühlt. Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick sauber, jedoch wenn man genauer hinsieht hatte es Haare im Bett und Dreck unter dem Bett.

Pros:

If you are here for longer period of time and are looking for more local experience of the city or dont want to be in district 1 every day, I would highly suggest this hotel. The location is quiet and there was shop, gym and cafes in the same street. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day. Room also had working air conditioner, fridge and good wifi. The staff was very kind, helping and always available.

宿泊料が安いのに、エアコン、扇風機、湯沸かしポット、ペットボトル2本サービスもあり、お得感抜群でした。

Cons:

フロントの人は全く英語が話せず、翻訳機能アプリで会話。でも、とても親切で、お勧めのお店を紹介してもらい、助かりました。そこで、地元の人と知り合いました。ホテルの住所と通りが違ってました。確認してください。

Not good as expected
Pros:

The location is convenient. It's closed to eateries and convenient stores.

Cons:

The room is bad. The air conditioner created terrible sounds which disturbed my sleep. The sound insulation is bad, I could hear guests staying next door talking, arguing and laughing all the time.
