One receptionist is a rude halfwit. The other was sick and snotty and coughing into his hand then handing over change and room keys, gross.
Walls are dirty, headboards dirty, shower floods the bathroom, sink drained straight onto the floor.

The Hotel had very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and you could sea the sea from the balcony. It was just a short 50m walk to the beach and it was close to nice shops and restaurants.
We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2020 and I have to rate this fairly.
The location is around 20 minutes driving from the city center just 2 minutes walk from the beach. We have chosen to stay away from the center so we were quite happy about it. Just 5 minutes walk from the notorious Hon Chong Rocks is in a really great area if you want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing few days.
The hotel not bad and the room are clean compare the Vietnamese standard. Also room are spacious with comfy bed and hot shower. The only down part is the breakfast which is included in your rate but we tried to have it once, on the roof as they suggest, but the buffet was vacant at 8:30am. The people working there trying to speak with us in English ( I bet were asking what we wanted for bkf) but we decide to go else where.
Overall for what you pay isn't a bad solution.
