Pros:

The staff were so nice. They always asked if we had what we needed and were willing to accommodate our needs.

Cons:

They were old stains on the bedding. On the last night, there were people outside honking their horns and yelling and laughing at 3 am in the back.

Cons:

Very dirty, furniture was in disrepair, fitness center did not have working AC or television or treadmill, loud music and flood lights outside my window, refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise that kept me awake and when I asked someone at the front desk where the noise was coming from she said she's send someone up to check it out and then forgot. I stayed there to get a good night's sleep and did not get one, so as far as I'm concerned, I should get a full refund

No breakfast meat. Room card was kinda tricky. Lady at checkout was confused. Thought I was to stay additional days. I had to show her my reservation on my phone saying I was staying one night. Also was told before I got there that I would be charged once I got there. Payment was charged from my debit card before I got there. Not truthful. Hallway to my room had a distinct smell. Happy with clean bathroom
