Terrible worst room I’ve ever stayed in

$265 for two nights

Cons:

Very dirty . My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke . The floors had not been vacuumed or moped . Dirty and hair everywhere. Door frame was very dirty . Saw two bugs . Asked to be moved to another room but none available . Was told they would come clean my room and vacuum and mop , that never happened . Fridges leaked , didn’t shut all the way and mold
.. updated. i was told i could move rooms for one night but the following night they had no other room for me. I was told that they would clean my room the very next morning. That was not done. I came back the following night after being at the ballfield all day and my room was in the exact same condition as the previous night, floor was still not vacuumed nor mopped, door frame going to bathroom had still not been cleaned, bathroom was still dirty and then found a vape under my bed, fridge still leaking and had mold in it. The only thing they did was but need sheets on bed. The owner is not helpful at all.

Rude and disrespectful people
Pros:

I tried contacting the General Manager several times regarding my room booking complaint, but never received a response.
This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of customer service and communication was unacceptable. In my opinion,
this property does not deserve a 1-star rating.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean. Housekeeping didn't even come to the room to bring clean towels let alone throw out trash or make beds.
Very poor part of town. Would not recommend anyone to that area.
Pool wasn't open as they have to be inspected prior to opening. That information was not provided and would have made a difference in our selection.
Staff had an 'I don't care' attitude.
We were seriously overcharged for lack of pool and how poor hotel was here. Would like to request partial refund for this stay.
Please let me know how we request a partial refund...

Won't stay here again
Cons:

Very dirty room. Hair, dust, blood on the light switch. Overall just very dirty. We got moved to a new room the was much better but still could use improvement.

The lady at the night shift, she really was very helpful.When the first room that they gave us the door with an open because it was locked with the bar. But she bent over backwards to help

The room was not clean. It looked clean but it wasn't clean every time you open the door or shut the door it would lock you in, I lock you out, the air conditioner would not cool down the room at all. I was sweating all night which made me get app ill the next morning when I explained the situation to the clerk, he looked at me, he says, I put in the order, and that was that. I had to ask for a receipt, and I didn't just act like he just didn't care. That's the day guy I don't know. And when we ask about the pool, he didn't know if it was open or closed. And if it was closed, he don't know why it was closed and we book the hotel because of this women bull was one of the reasons and in the morning time when they say that you can go and get your, you know, continental breakfast at 6I was there at 630, and it was locked so I don't know. Very disappointed I guess
