Well-equipped, spacious apartment in a good location.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with great amenities. Earplugs were provided, which is a thoughtful touch, as evenings and mornings can be a bit noisy if you prefer sleeping with the window open. The view from the bedroom window is excellent, and there is also an upper deck where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The bathroom includes a wall heater and a hair dryer with a diffuser. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need, including a small fridge, microwave, stove, and capsule coffee machine.

Cons:

When booking, I didn’t realize that breakfast is served off-site (appartments at Av. de la Roselada), about a 7-minute walk away. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth noting. The bathroom has a sliding barn-style door, which doesn’t fully close and may affect privacy.

Access to the apartment (one unit per floor) is managed via a mobile app used to unlock the door. It took a couple of minutes to set up, but it could be less convenient for guests who are not tech-savvy, do not speak English, or are arriving tired. It also means you need to have your phone with you at all times to access the apartment. Wi-Fi is available on-site, so you can download and set up the app upon arrival.

Decent value for money. Good location. Facilites could be better.
Pros:

- Value for money is ok, decent size apartment for a family of 4 (two kids).
- Beds are okayish (well one is good, the second seems like a sofa bed, cant expect too much out of that).
- Good location, very close to city centre. View from the room and shared balcony is quite nice.

Cons:

- I was required to pass an additional check-in form before arrival, it charged me 25 euros which to my knowledge were never referenced on booking
- There is no proper bathroom door, it's like a wooden cover that you slide left or right, doesn't properly close. Even if you are quite comfortable with the other members of your family, you don't really need everyone to listen to your bowel movements while being 1 meter away.
- AC did not work no matter what we tried, we were freezing during the night.
- TV is a very low quality hisense smart TV, very slow and TV channels offering is poor
- Even though we were on the 5th floor, the area seems quite vivid during the night, was relatively loud
- Some kitchen cupboards are in poor shape
- There was an digital fireplace simulator below the TV in one of the bedroom. It did not work.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos aquí y la verdad es que todo perfecto, aptos muy bonitos, decorados con gusto y al lado del centro, la cama comodisima y la atención maravillosa, muy fácil la comunicación e instrucciones para el check-in y todas las dudas/consultas. Os seguiremos eligiendo siempre.

Hay dos cosas, una la altura de las perchas del armario soy bajita y me costaba llegar y en el baño faltaría un accesorio para colgar las toallas

Beautiful apartment!
Pros:

I loved the layout and the decor was gorgeous! And great location! And the big windows in the front room let in lots of light. The bed was firm with just enough softness to support my lower back. :) The included soaps and lotions had a lovely scent. And it was great to have 2 different AC's which worked coz the bedroom and living room were so separate coz of the layout. Plus they let me leave my bags early in the room. :)

Cons:

Getting in was a little challenging coz the Booking.com website cannot seem to email my address! :( And I didn't get the info I needed. But when I called the host's number someone met me at the door and helped me out and I got the door codes etc via Whatsapp.
