Za svoj novac ćete dobiti izuzetan smeštaj, čist i udoban.
Pros:

Osoblje super uslužno. Potrudili su se zaista oko svega što smo im zatražili. Hotel je jako čist i tek renoviran. Sobe su perfektne kao i kreveti i posteljina. Obezbedjen parking.

Cons:

Bazen se doplaćuje što nije naglašeno u ponudi. SPA stoji na papiru ali praktično ne postoji. Doručak je na bazi Švedskog stola. Dosta raznovrsnih namirnica koje je jako teško povezati u normalan obrok. Možete naručiti sveža jaja koja se posebno spremaju. Prvi dan je sve bilo sveže a posle smo primetili da delikates i sirevi nisu sveži već oni isti od juče.

Lovely ambiance and spotless rooms, with room for improvement in guest services
Pros:

The hotel looks fantastic, everything is impeccably clean, and the interior design tastefully.

Cons:

The room was missing a permanent iron.
Pool and sauna access require an extra fee, which shouldn't be the case as it is usually included in international hotels.
It would be much better to simply increase the room rate rather than charge guests separately for every basic service, extra fees are only understandable for something like a massage, where a dedicated personal service is provided.
It also feels a bit strange that pool access is open to anyone who pays; if you come to relax on a weekend, it can easily get overcrowded.
Lastly, due to a high workload, staff members were not always present at reception, making it necessary to look for them around the hotel when assistance was needed.

Pros:

The structure of the villa, the forniture of the common areas and of the room, which is big and very well equipped. The garden and swimming pool are amazing. The personnel is extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

Everything was more than beautiful.

Pros:

Das Ambiente und die sehr höflichen Hotelangestellten ☺️ wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab auch eine kleine Überraschung, da wir unseren 1. Hochzeitstag dort gefeiert haben ❤️

Un f grumos boutique hotel cu o grijă aparte pentru toate detaliile ,felicitări echipei care a facut renovarile articolele de toaleta un mare plus de la rituals gama de vârf,bravo

Cons:

Poate mai multa grija cu amenajarile exterioare ar întregi aspectul total al ansamblului.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a villa in the wider city center of Timișoara. It is stylishly and tastefully furnished. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.
A lovely feature is the garden with a seating area and a pool. It was very pleasant to relax there.

Pros:

Decorul, gradina, curatenia.
Personalul de la curatenie si mic dejun, foarte dragut si de ajutor.

Cons:

Scurgerea la baie, dupa fiecare dus apa ajungea pana in hol.
Politica de a da hartie igienica inceputa la venire.
Tonul si raspunsurile doamnei de la receptie.
Pernele si cuvertura de decor, care evident nu pot fi spalate dupa fiecare client, deci nu sunt igienice, si ocupa practic tot spatiul de depozitare din camera mica.
Lipsa plasa insecte la geamuri.
In general, cam scump pentru ce ofera.

Lovely place
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff, good breakfast, very beautiful location and room. Good design choices.

Cons:

The fridge was broken by a previous guest and it could not be replaced by the time we got checked in.
