The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, the professionalism of the staff was disappointing.

The location is great had plenty good stays in the past

Cons:

My previous experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I requested a room change because the AC in my room was not working, the staff told me there were no rooms available. Two staff members later showed me the “only” available room, which was a significant downgrade from the room I had originally booked.

What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. One staff member called the receptionist, who could be heard shouting over the phone that I would need to pay extra if I wanted a better room. I never objected to paying for an upgrade — the issue was the rude and disrespectful way the situation was handled.

Although the problem was eventually resolved the next day, the overall experience left a very negative impression.I would not stay here again.

Fantastiskt mottagande på härligt hotell
Pros:

Fantastiskt mottagande och en mycket generös uppgradering blev en toppenstart på vistelsen. Fina faciliteter med mycket rymd, lugnt men ändå levande. Ljus trevlig frukostyta. Ett boendeval som vi var oerhört nöjda med. Fyrstjärnigt hotell som överträffar många femstjärniga vi bott på.

Good location but beware booking a twin room
Pros:

Good location with reasonable breakfast

Cons:

I booked a twin room for my son and I on booking.com but there were no twin rooms available on arrival. We ended up sharing a double with a folded full duvet each. We managed but it wasn't ideal.
Small niggle but breakfast only served streaky bacon which is 75% fat as opposed to back bacon which is usual in the UK.

Raddison blue is in a great location. There is the underground close by, restaurants everywhere. And great walking jour

Hotel é bom e bonito, mas não vale o preço, já que deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos importantes.

Acomodação era boa; comida também. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

A WiFi não funcionou a estadia INTEIRA. E eu fui a trabalho. Além disso, nunca atendiam o telefone na recepção; o suposto room service 24hrs não funcionava também, mas era “oferecido”. Para um hotel desse nível e nesse preço, fiquei frustrada.
