Very comfortable
Pros:

Convenient for station and close to other areas.
Very comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent wet room with rails and shower seat

Pros:

We liked the hotel overall although our room was a bit chilly. We complained about not having hot water. The three of us had cold showers. The manager did take 20% off of our bill. Thank you for that.

Had a great time in London and hotel was exactly the right spot for everything we wanted to see and

Very nicely decorated and a good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

The pillows looked good on the bed but were far too thick and uncomfortable to sleep on. Requested a slimmer pillow which was much better.

Room was a bit tight as when the wardrobe door was open to make tea/coffee it was then impossible to get around to the other side of the room as the door opened andmet the end of the bed. Door had to be open fully to enable use of the slide out tea tray.
