Dont get a triple room with a pull out bed!

Cons:

We had a triple room, a king size bed plus the pull out couch. The pull out was so disappointing. You need a mattress cover or a thicker mattress, it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep properly. And the base was so noisy, as I turned over it made such a noise I was conscious of my other roommates being awoken by it.

Paid for one hotel, ended up in another with lower standards.

I booked and fully paid for this hotel, yet on arrival I was told that no room was available.
I was forced to move to a completely different hotel with significantly lower standards, without any prior notice or consent.

I contacted both the hotel and the booking platform, but nothing was done to fix the situation.

This is a clear failure to provide the service that was booked and paid for, and the way this was handled was unacceptable.
