Fantastic hotel! Brilliant breakfast! Perfect location. Bonus...both rooms got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the hotel!

Beautiful hotel stayed in a premium king room, very clean and comfortable. Had a corner room with windows on two sides which really helped being such a hot weekend. Also had an extra portable air con unit which was a very nice touch in this extreme heat and helped through the night when needing the windows closed to stop any street noise. Really comfortable bed too! and excellent location cant fault, this hotel is beautiful
Was told no in room dining after 10:30pm😳 But was earlier reading about the ‘after hrs toastie menu’ from 11pm to 6am and had came in starving😭
The location was brilliant, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was very good. All v clean.
The only very minor things were that the TV kept cutting out, and the basin taps were wobbly. But these didn’t affect our stay at all.
TV didnt work / external noise very loud from 5am
Staff were fabulous, bed and pillows super comfortable, great location. Close to theatres, public transport, Chinatown, Covent garden etc. Well worth staying here and will absolutely stay again.

La persona que nos atendió viernes 27 sobre 1 de la madrugada que sábado muy mal muy desagradable era español y nos hablaba inglés y no nos atendió bien no volveremos
