In no rush to stay again this was meant to be a nice hotel for my wife’s 40th and failed to impress
Pros:

It’s looked nice in the website, but wasn’t came for money, I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in London and have worked in the travel industry for over 10 years definitely wouldn’t be in a rush to stay again in they reduced the price

Cons:

The bathroom had no toilet amenities and the mini fridge was not stocked up room was quite average

Great stay in a great city
Pros:

The hotel has been recently refurbed!
Very comfortable.

Cons:

The WiFi went down on the Friday which meant we had no tv or radio for the entire stay.
I don’t know if this affected the AC but it didn’t work & the room was like a sauna!
The front desk staff did say they would do a part refund for me but I haven’t seen it come through yet.
I wouldn’t let this mishap put me off staying again though.

A wonderfully memorable stay to celebrate a special birthday
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special mention goes to Zubin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was such a thoughtful and generous touch that made us feel especially valued as guests.

The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere throughout. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to returning for the next birthday treat. Highly recommended!

A superb hotel great for theatre land. The air conditioned rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms were excellent. Extremely comfortable beds and a lovely shower.
We had a superb breakfast. Staff were lovely.

It was ok but unlikely we will stay again.
Pros:

Good location. Clean.

Cons:

Sensor lights in the recess/cupboard area went off if you moved while in bed.
Tap design is awkward to turn off without dripping. No menu/instructions for the coffee machine. Only 2 teabags for a 2 night stay for 2 adults.
No iron, yet there was an ironing board.
No information was provided about the hotel to us at check in - no information on the restaurant, gym, check out time etc.
Breakfast was terrible. Luke warm, American style streaky bacon rather than English. Hash browns not crispy.
Only one lift working. Same lift used by customers and housekeeping. We had to wait for it to come back because it was full with a cleaning trolley.

Great stay at the Rad Blu Bloomsbury!
Pros:

My 22-year old son and I spent 5 days at this hotel during a brief, but wonderful, trip to London. We did not have a reservation upon our arrival, as we were hoping to stay with a group that was actually staying across the street. When this hotel did not have a room for the night, the two hotel managers worked together to help us get the perfect room at a good price. The room was always beautifully cleaned, the management had a friendly "hello" each time we walked in the door, and we loved the daily breakfasts. Such a friendly and clean place, and located in an area that felt quite safe and in the middle of all the fun. We could walk or tube everywhere. We'll definitely be back!
