Great comfort

Disappointed on how easy it is for everyone to not care when emergencies happen and showing no compassion. Hope you all
Pros:

Comfortable and clean

Cons:

I had to leave 2 days early due to my mom being sick but they didn’t even try to work with me for any kind of refund and I have to pay for 2 extra nights that I didn’t stay for. And they blamed it on me paying through Booking.com so I probably won’t be doing that anymore.

Pros:

Location and the fact that I could park my car under cover from the sun.

Cons:

Had to wait on someone to come to front desk after 20 minutes, I left and went back to my room. It was at 2:30 in the morning when I arrived and was given a king size bed instead of 2 queen's that I had reserved. But was not unhappy, the room was great.

Great place to stay; very clean!
Pros:

The breakfast was great and had easy grab and go items. The dining area was clean and inviting. The decorations for America's 250th Anniversary showed great community in the area.

Cons:

I didn't like how there were people hanging out in the parking lot at night time and I didn't feel safe to grab an item I forgot in my car.

Great hotel, great room.
Pros:

It was a little off the beaten path but in a very nice neighborhood. You do have to take the elevator or stairs to get to the main floor. Upon entering the lobby it is very warm and welcoming. The desk clerks, at check in and check out were very nice and professional. The rooms were quite big and very clean. The area and rooms were very quiet. The price we paid was very reasonable considering we stayed on a Saturday night.
