Clean, great staff, good breakfast, poor pet access
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very clean from lobby to room and back. Covered parking is free and has one elevator to access parking area. Restaurants and shops are close by for easy access

Cons:

Parking is the ground level on the property with all hotel areas starting on first floor. Registration/lobby/gym and guest rooms all start one level up with additional guest rooms on levels two and three . Dog area is maybe 4 feet by 4 feet, with mostly weeds and dirt, not grass.

Very good installations, front desk staff at check out needs better training.
Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious room, with a very good size desk. Connections for all electronic devices. Very clean. The front desk staff at check in was very professional and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk staff at check out. Sullen, unpleasant, unhelpful. Very slow elevator, and only one for the whole hotel.
