I don’t have anything that I didn’t like.
I didn’t like that booking.com did not send me the confirmation code and I couldn’t reach you to make a change to my reservation so I had to pay half price of the room for a room. I didn’t even sleep in the second night so I wasn’t happy with booking.com but the hotel itself was amazing.
I didn’t like that booking.com did not give me the code. I needed to make a change to that reservation and I couldn’t get a hold of you guys so I had to pay half price for a room. I didn’t stay in, but I love the hotel and I will book with them directly next time and not use booking.com.
The hotel was very nice - easy to park, easy to add another day, etc. I was a woman traveling alone and felt very safe. The breakfast was great. Everything was nice. Even the TV - easy to operate!
It was perfect for me. It did look like ICE was coming in as I was leaving. That would have made me NOT want to stay.
The property was clean and conveniently located.
There were two concerns about the property. One, the elevator was broken, and I had to use the stairs to and from the third floor. However, it was repaired and was functional for most of my stay. The second concern was when the toilet clogged, and there was no one to unclog it. I was told that I could come to the front desk and get a plunger. Plunger was broken.

The lobby was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly 😊
Parking was sketchy and scary. Walls were so thin I heard tv’s, people talking, kids stomping on the floors, and it started at around 6 am!! Could not fall back asleep after that!
Breakfast was great, good selection of food.
I have no complaints except our doors squeaked really bad.
The breakfast was the typical fare that is served for the all inclusive stay. The fresh fruit ran out fast, and when I was there it wasn’t replaced. Other than that satisfactory.
No complimentary waters in the room, had to buy them for $2.50 a bottle, went to Costco and bought a flat for under $5…..
Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.
